Hello and welcome to Money Manifestation from Easy Yoga.
So I just want you to get comfortable,
Get seated and we are going to do a meditation for the next 10 minutes.
So first I just want you to find a comfortable seated position,
Allowing your eyes to gently close,
Pushing your shoulders down away from your ears and just noticing how you're feeling in your body.
Breathing any part of your body you need to,
Just to feel comfortable.
And then taking in three big deep breaths.
So breathing in through your nose,
Holding at the top of your inhale and then exhaling through your mouth.
And again a big deep inhale,
Noticing your tummy rising,
Your chest rising,
Pausing at the top of your inhale and then exhaling through your mouth.
Once more big deep inhale and big deep exhale through your mouth.
Now just bringing your attention to your face.
Relax the muscles around your eyes.
Relaxing your cheekbones,
Your jaw.
Bringing your tongue away from the roof of your mouth.
And just settling in to where you're seated.
Just bringing the attention and the awareness to your body.
Noticing any areas of tightness and just letting that tightness drift away.
Allowing your hands to be resting wherever's comfortable,
Maybe in your lap,
Maybe on your knees,
Maybe in prayer position by your heart or by your third eye in between your eyebrows.
Just letting your thoughts drift away.
I want you to connect up with the universe.
So I'm going to be saying some mantras and I want you to say them out loud if you wish or in your mind,
Whichever's comfortable.
So repeat after me.
I am open and ready to receive money now.
Money is attracted to me and for me to spend it now.
I welcome large sums of money into my life regularly now.
Money comes to me in abundance easily and frequently now.
Money flows into my life in large quantities through multiple sources now.
Everything I spend comes back to me threefold now.
I expect money into my life in unexpected ways now.
I manifest large quantities of money in every action I take now.
Money is flowing to me and I accept it graciously now.
So you can keep saying those words if you want to.
Keep breathing.
Get excited.
Get clear on how much money you desire to call in.
And notice how much money.
Visualise yourself five minutes after you've received this money and just get excited.
Just feel excited.
Bring a smile to your face.
See what you saw.
See,
Envision what you see.
Feel how you felt when you received that money.
Now I want you to release all the doubt,
The lack and fear surrounding the money as well as releasing the how.
So the universe has got your back.
You don't need to know how it's going to come.
It will come to you.
Focus on embodying the feelings you will get from this amount of money.
And be open to receiving the money in whatever way the universe chooses and trust that it is already done for you.
Now I want you to say to yourself,
I have the power to manifest anything I want.
And just trust in yourself.
Trust in the universe that you will have everything that you desire.
The universe has got your back.
Trust in your higher self.
Now I want you to bring your hands together in prayer position.
Bring them down to your heart centre.
Take one big deep breath in through your nose.
Take one big deep breath out through your mouth.
And I want you to be grateful for one to three things.
Say them out loud if you're comfortable,
If not just say it in your mind.
So much power is held for the universe when you say it out loud.
So I am grateful for the power I hold.
Or it could be I am grateful for my body.
It can be anything you want.
The more you say you are grateful for something,
The more the universe is there for you.
Just bring that power,
That energy.
Know how you're feeling.
Noticing how you're feeling in your body.
We're going to end with two big deep breaths.
Keeping your hands to your heart.
Big inhale through your nose.
Big exhale through your mouth,
Releasing all of that doubt.
Big inhale through your nose.
Exhale releasing.
Knowing everything you want is within sight of you.
Staying here for as long as you wish or carry on with your day.
Maybe journaling your thoughts out,
Whichever came up.
Knowing that you've always got yourself.
