Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable space,
And allow the eyes to close.
Allow the body to arrive.
Just your natural breath in and out.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
And giving yourself permission for you to take this time to breathe.
Just to be here.
Taking an inhale deeply through the nose.
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
There you go.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Releasing all the emotions out.
Here we go again.
Inhale deeply through the nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let those emotions out.
Closing the mouth.
Inhales,
Exhales through the nose.
Finding a nice rhythm.
Finding a nice tempo with your breath.
Just noticing the breath smoothing out.
Just allowing your body to relax.
Whole body.
Allow it to relax.
Just allow your mind to relax as well.
Whole body starts to relax here.
Just knowing you're exactly where you need to be.
Giving up control.
Just allowing the breath to ebb and flow.
Just allowing any anger,
Frustration to just leave the body.
Just give yourself permission to release any anger,
Any frustration that you're holding onto.
Just allow yourself to surrender.
Allowing yourself to surrender.
Now visualize yourself holding onto a rope or a chain with both hands.
Visualize yourself looking down,
Holding this rope or chain.
Holding this rope or chain so tightly.
Like tug of war,
Pulling it.
All this effort,
Holding onto it,
Holding onto this anger,
Holding onto this frustration.
Feeling the arms tensing up,
Maybe feeling the jaw tensing up,
The whole body,
You're visualizing it.
Just gently release it.
Release your hands and the rope just flies out.
Releases.
It's gone.
Your arms and body is relaxed.
All this weight is gone from your body.
All this anger,
All this frustration is gone from your body.
It was all because you surrendered.
It was all because you released it.
It was all because you let go.
Noticing the body,
How it's feeling.
This lightness,
This release,
This freedom.
Maybe you start to feel it in your heart or your stomach.
This is good energy,
This release,
This freedom,
This light.
It feels easier to breathe,
You have that space.
Just feel it,
Feel the emotions here,
Feel the release.
All this energy,
All this frustration is gone from your body.
It was all because you surrendered.
It was all because you let go.
Singing the mantra on the inhale to yourself,
I.
And on the exhale,
Surrender.
Inhale,
I.
Exhale,
Surrender.
Inhale,
I.
Exhale,
Surrender.
Sing this mantra to yourself for about two to three minutes here.
And on the exhale,
Surrender.
Inhale,
I.
Exhale,
Surrender.
Inhale,
I.
Exhale,
Surrender.
Inhale,
I exhale surrender.
Surrendering to the flow,
To the universe,
To the divine,
To the source,
To higher power,
The great spirit,
Surrendering,
Letting go.
Taking some movements with the fingers,
Wiggling the fingers,
Wiggling the toes.
Maybe circles with the hands,
Circles with the feet,
Just taking small movements,
Awakening the body,
Slowly awakening out of the meditation here.
Come into an easy seat,
If you're not already in an easy seat,
Come to an easy seat,
Legs crossed.
Spine straight,
Chin parallel to the mat,
Rear floor,
Bringing the hands to heart center,
Chin slightly bows here.
Just taking some time,
Taking some breaths.
I surrender.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
Again,
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
One more time here.
Inhale deeply through the nose,
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it go.
Surrender.
