Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
And in this meditation,
We'll set our intention for our day.
You can do this meditation in the morning or at night.
Anytime you need an intention or need to reset,
This meditation is for you.
You can find a place where you can relax.
You can do this seated on a chair,
A meditation cushion,
Or you can lie down.
And during this meditation,
All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
So it's very simple,
Very easy.
All you have to do is breathe.
So find that place,
Get comfortable in that place.
And once you do,
Softly and gently close your eyes and bring your awareness and attention to your breathing.
Just observe your breath.
Notice your breath.
Noticing the inhale and the exhale.
Just notice your breath.
Now take a nice deep inhale through the nose and exhale,
Open the mouth,
Sigh it out,
Relax,
Let it go.
Ah.
Again,
Close the mouth,
Inhale deeply through the nose and exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let all that tension go.
Ah.
Now with the mouth closed,
Breathe in and out through your nose,
Finding a comfortable,
Steady,
Natural and intuitive breath in and out through your nose.
And as you find this comfortable,
Steady,
Natural,
And intuitive breath,
Your mind starts to surrender.
Your body starts to relax.
Your mind starts to let go.
Your body starts to become free and flowing and easy as you listen to the sound of my voice.
And as you breathe your steady,
Natural,
Intuitive breath,
Your body knows exactly what to do.
Your body knows how to relax.
So allow your body to relax.
And as you breathe your steady,
Natural,
Intuitive breath,
Your body knows how to relax.
So allow your body to relax.
Allow your body to settle.
And take a scan of your body all the way up and all the way down.
Relaxing the body,
Settling,
Flowing,
Calm and steady,
Each and every breath you take.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can think of a time where you felt so joyful,
So much joy,
So happy.
In just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine this time,
Think of this time,
See this time,
Feel this time,
Where you felt so much joy.
Maybe it's a time in your childhood,
Or maybe it's a recent time,
Or maybe it's a make-believe time,
A made-up place where you felt this joyous feeling.
It's the first thing that comes to your mind.
Now,
Feel and see this joy,
This feeling.
Remember this time.
Where were you?
Who were you with?
What do you see?
What do you hear?
How do you feel?
See and feel this joyous time.
Now allow that picture to fade away,
What you see,
But stay with the feeling of this joy.
Notice exactly in the body where you feel this joy.
Pinpoint it.
Once you know exactly where it is,
You may start to see a color.
It could be any color,
It could be multiple colors.
Some people don't see a color at all,
And that's okay.
But if you were to see a color,
What color would it be?
See this color,
Feel this color,
Coming from that part of the body,
This is your joy.
And allow this color to expand all throughout your body.
It touches the fingertips,
The toes,
Crown of the head.
This color of joy fills your entire body.
And notice how your body feels.
Some people feel a sense of ease.
They feel light,
Free,
Happy.
Some people start to cry,
Other people laugh.
But I wonder if you can smile.
Start to smile.
A bigger smile and a bigger smile.
And noticing the smile is filling up your entire body.
Every single cell,
Every single muscle fiber.
Feeling the smile,
This joy,
Feels so good.
With this feeling of joy,
I wonder if you can set an intention for your day.
An intention for your day,
Something you need.
Maybe it's courage,
Love,
Comfort,
Connection,
Abundance.
In just a moment you'll set your intention,
A one word intention,
For your day.
Now,
Set your intention,
One word intention,
Something you need for the rest of your day.
I'll give you some time.
I'll give you some time.
Now allow this intention to sink,
To plant,
To settle deep into your heart space.
This intention,
This one word intention,
Like you're planting a seed into your heart space.
And as you plant this seed,
The seed starts to grow all throughout your body.
Filling up every single cell,
Every single muscle fiber with this intention.
And just like a computer program,
Just like downloading an app,
This intention will run in the background in your unconscious mind throughout your day.
And you can remain here as long as you like.
