Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is yogi Brian Find your comfortable space your comfortable spot a place where your body can remain still a place where you can relax Either laying down on your back sitting on a chair sitting on a meditation cushion Anywhere your body can remain still find your place And when you're ready allow your eyes to gently close Giving yourself this time to relax And giving yourself this time to breathe Bringing your awareness to your breath your natural breath And clearing away any to-do lists of your day I want you to imagine a chalkboard and you're erasing that chalkboard clear Erasing that chalkboard clear all your to-do lists are clear All you have to do is breathe Not yet,
But in just a moment We'll breathe the four count on an inhale And on an exhale We'll breathe the five count Not yet,
But in just a moment You'll inhale four And you'll slow the exhale down and exhale five And you'll slow the exhale down and exhale five Now exhale all the air out of your body And let's start inhale one two three four Exhale one two three four five Inhale one two three four Inhale one two three four exhale one two three four five Inhale one two three four exhale one two three four five Keep that breath going Keep it steady keep it smooth And each and every breath you take you relax even more And each and every breath you take you relax even more And each and every breath you take you relax even more And more each and every breath you take all that anxiety all that tension all those worries fade away And noticing the body relaxing And noticing the mind relaxing And noticing the mind relaxing and relaxing each and every breath you take Now releasing this breath come back to your natural breath No counting just your natural breath Natural smooth breath Now start to visualize on the inhale a white loving light A white loving light filling your body every cell of your body on the inhale you feel this loving white light And on the exhale I want you to imagine a color and this color is all your stress all your worries all your frustrations And this color you see you exhale this color out of your body So on the inhale white loving light fills your body And on the exhale whatever light you see is your anxiety frustration You exhale it out of your body completely Feel this see this Inhale fill that love that white light body and exhale release it all all your frustrations See this light releasing Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
Each and every breath you take,
All this anxiety,
All this frustration,
All this tension releases your body.
Spell this color of anxiety,
This color of frustration,
This color of your tension out of your body completely.
You learn each and every mask that you take,
There are a lot of test,
Analysis,
Search,
And worthwhile techniques for hopefully until you get there.
Now allow the colors to fade away and come back to your natural breath.
Feel the relaxation.
And saying a mantra on the inhale,
I will,
And on the exhale,
Remain calm and steady.
Inhale I will,
And exhale remain calm and steady.
Inhale I will,
And exhale remain calm and steady.
Inhale I will,
And exhale remain calm and steady.
Inhale I will,
And exhale remain calm and steady.
Inhale I will,
And exhale remain calm and steady.
Inhale I will,
Exhale remain calm and steady.
Calm and steady,
Calm and smooth,
Still and tranquil all throughout your day.
One breath at a time,
One day at a time.
