Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
Find your comfortable spot,
Your comfortable place.
You can lie down on your back.
You can sit up in a chair,
Meditation cushion,
Legs crossed,
Or legs can be any variation.
Just find a place where your body can be still,
In a place that's somewhat quiet.
This meditation is for pain relief and energy meditation to help you with your pain physically or emotionally.
So once you find your spot,
Allow your eyes to gently close.
And bring your awareness to your breath.
Nothing to do or control with the breath,
Just your natural breath in and out,
Nice and smooth.
And give yourself permission to relax,
Telling yourself silently,
I will relax.
I will relax.
Any to-do lists you have,
Wipe those to-do lists clear.
And all your expectations clear those away as well.
All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
But don't try to analyze what I say,
Don't try to control or overthink what I say.
Just allow yourself to relax and allow your conscious mind to fade away.
Because your unconscious mind will hear everything I say.
Now you notice your body is relaxing,
Your mind is settling.
Notice where your body is touching the ground.
Where is your body touching the earth?
Feel grounded here,
Connected.
I want you to notice your body,
Scan your body all the way up and all the way down.
I want you to notice where you feel this pain in your body or this pain emotionally.
Where do you feel this pain in the body?
And in your mind's eye point to it.
See exactly where you feel this pain.
I want you to notice a color coming from the spot of the body where you feel the pain.
It could be any color,
It could be multiple colors,
It could be clear.
Notice where you feel this pain and notice the color in your body.
I want you to pull this color out in your mind's eye with your hands.
Pull this color out,
This pain.
Pull it out of your body,
Shape it into a ball.
Pull this color out,
Shape it into a ball.
And as you pull this color out,
Notice,
Does the color stay the same or does it change?
Does it make a sound?
Pull all this color out of your body,
All this pain.
Sometimes it hides,
So pull it all out.
Hold it in your mind's eye and your hands.
Looking at this color,
Looking at your pain,
Looking at this ball.
And notice which direction is this ball spinning.
Now in your mind's eye,
I want you to switch the direction that the ball is spinning with your hands.
Visualize it,
Spin it the opposite direction as fast as you can.
Keep spinning it as fast as you can.
And whenever you're ready,
Take this ball and slam it back into the place you felt the pain.
Put it back in your body.
And notice if your pain decreased,
Did it go away?
Notice how your body feels.
Notice your pain levels.
And you can do this meditation as many times to reduce the pain until you don't feel the pain anymore.
You can remain here as long as you like.
Feel in the body,
Feel this relief and knowing you're exactly where you need to be.
