Welcome to this guided meditation.
My name is Yogi Brian.
And find a place to lie down.
This is a full body,
Deep relaxation meditation.
So find a place you can lie down and be still.
Once you do,
Allow your eyes to close.
Allow your eyes to naturally and easily close.
And during this meditation,
All you have to do is breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
And if your mind drifts away,
That's okay.
Just bring your mind back to your body,
Back to your breath,
And back to my voice.
Because there's no right or wrong way to do this meditation.
So allow yourself to relax.
Allow yourself to arrive.
Giving yourself permission to relax.
Giving yourself permission for this time.
This time for you.
And just bring your awareness and attention to your breathing.
Just notice your breath.
And observe your breath.
And allow your breath to naturally and effortlessly,
Intuitively smooth out all on its own.
Because your body knows exactly what to do.
So allow your breath to smooth out all on its own.
Each and every breath you take,
You relax even more and more.
And maybe saying silently to yourself,
I will relax.
I will relax.
Relaxing the whole body.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine a cord or a string.
And this cord or string is attached to the base of your spine.
And this cord goes all the way down into the ground,
Down to the center of the earth.
And in just a moment,
You'll imagine this cord at the base of your spine.
And all your attention,
All your stress,
All your worries,
Anxiety,
Frustration,
It leaves your body,
Exits your body out through this cord and goes down,
Down to the center of the earth.
Feeling so grounded,
So relaxed.
Because all your stress and tension goes down this cord,
Down to the center of the earth.
Now imagine this cord,
The string at the base of your spine.
And send all this stressful energy,
Negative energy,
Anxiety,
Frustration,
Or anger.
Send it out of your body,
Down this cord at the base of your spine.
Feeling so relaxed and so grounded.
Scan the body and get all that energy,
All that release,
All that stress and tension.
Send it down this cord at the base of your spine.
I'll give you some time.
Now imagine the biggest pair of scissors,
The biggest pair of scissors you can imagine.
And when you're ready,
Cut this cord at the base of your spine.
Cutting this cord at the base of your spine.
And you see the cord fall,
Down,
Drops,
Down,
Releasing all the tension,
All the stress.
In this cord,
This cord drops down,
Down to the center of the earth.
Feeling so relaxed in your body,
So free.
Some people feel that they can breathe easier,
Like they have this weight off their shoulder,
This weight off their chest.
And in just a moment,
Let's make sure all the stress,
All the worry,
All the anxiety is gone.
And in just a moment,
I wonder if you can imagine tiny laser beams coming from above.
Tiny laser beams scanning your body from above.
And these tiny laser beams zap and get all that energy that you might have missed,
All that stress,
All that tension that you might have missed.
These tiny laser beams will finish the job and relax your entire body.
Now imagine tiny laser beams zapping all your stress away in your body.
These tiny laser beams pinpointing your tension,
Pinpointing your stress and dissolving them,
Zapping them,
Dissolving them one by one.
These tiny laser beams scanning your body.
Just allow these tiny laser beams to scan your body,
Removing,
Getting rid of all the stress or give you some time.
Feeling so relaxed,
So at ease as you breathe and listen to the sound of my voice.
Notice the body and how relaxed your body is.
All the stress,
All the worry,
All the tension has dissolved.
It's faded away into space.
Because those tiny laser beams did the job and you feel so,
So at ease,
So,
So relaxed.
And saying the affirmation to yourself silently if you'd like.
I let go of the things that don't serve me.
I let go of the things that don't serve me.
I let go of the things that don't serve me.
Everything that don't serve me.
And allow this affirmation to sink deep into your heart space.
Like you're downloading a computer program.
Or you're downloading an app on your phone.
And this affirmation works in the background,
Throughout your day,
Throughout your week,
Throughout your month,
Throughout your year.
I let go of the things that don't serve me.
Take a nice deep inhale through your nose.
Exhale,
Sigh it out,
Let it all go.
Haaaaaaa.
And you can remain here as long as you'd like.
