Settling in to your meditation position for today to purge stress,
Your day,
Your worries,
Let's take three cleansing breaths.
We will inhale deeply through the nose and audibly exhale out the mouth.
Two more times,
In through the nose,
Out the mouth.
Feel the shoulders relax,
The stress leaving the body.
Then more settled and ready,
Begin to come to those slow and deep breaths,
Working to slow each breath to deepen each inhale.
Feel your body connect and relax.
Feel your mind clearing and being open to practice.
Feel the world staying behind as you focus on yourself,
Finding a clarity,
Turning inward.
Give yourself permission to stay clear and true and reflect honestly throughout the practice.
To see and observe and notice and take it in.
Inhaling deeply,
Exhaling slowly.
Begin to picture and see a blue energy,
A turquoise or aquamarine energy.
Maybe it's a spinning blob of blue energy or a swirling energy or maybe you sense and feel the energy more strongly than you see it.
But see and feel that energy growing larger and then with the next few inhales,
Draw the energy and that color into your body.
Maybe you can see the color,
Maybe you can visualize it coming into the body and settling around the throat.
Maybe you see the color hovering around the outside of the throat.
Maybe you don't see but fully sense the energy of that color and can feel it all around your throat center.
See the blue energy,
Feel the blue energy and with your next three inhales,
Repeat silently to yourself,

Inhale from the base of the spine up into the throat.
Exhale and release tension from your neck,
Jaw and tongue.
Feel the passage of energy from your lower body to the throat.
See the throat as the connection point between the head and the lower body.
Your truth center.
Inhale from the base of the spine up to the throat.
Exhale and release tension from your neck,
Jaw and tongue.
See that blue energy,
Feel that blue energy and with the next three inhales repeat silently to yourself,

Feel your throat chakra opening,
The confidence of knowing your truth,
What is best for you,
Right for you,
True for you.
Enjoy a few breaths feeling this opening,
Sitting with your truth and your authenticity.
Focus in on the blue energy and its power.
With the next few inhales repeat silently to yourself,

Exhale and release any tension from your neck,
Jaw and tongue.
Release insecurity.
Feel confident that you will speak when needed.
Listen when needed.
Feel invigorated.

Bring to mind a vision of yourself feeling light,
Looking carefree.
See yourself moving through your day,
Your life,
Your interactions with others,

Listening when you need and speaking your truth as you need.

Not worrying about expectations but in being real and true.
Not worried about what you have to remember you said,
Knowing that all you shared was real.

Feeling maybe seeing the blue vibrant energy.
Spend a few breaths with the mantras,
Putting them all together with a breath for each.
