Yoga Nidra is part of the yoga practice that I always do at the end of my yoga sessions - however due to many requests - i recorded it as a standalone meditation. it can be done seated or lying down - and just feel into your body and relax in the tranquility of your breath (and my voice)... Yoga Nidra has many benefits but just to list off a few you can look forward as a result of a regular practice would be lessen insomnia thereby improving your sleep take a break from the incessant thoughts release tension and pain re-connect to your Self
