Visualize any residue trauma in your body releasing.
And know that your breath allows you to oxygenate your entire being.

Your fascia.
And releases all the issues from your tissues.
So please breathe as fully as you can.
Slowly making your breath longer.
Know that your breath is spirit.
Spirit moving into your body,
Activating those places that have been dormant.
This active breath allows you to move your energy and start to heal.
Please continue to breathe into your stomach and your heart.
And in case any feelings arise,
Please observe them with objectivity.
