With a degree in psychology and graduate studies in mental health counseling, she have found that everyone has the opportunity to find their best version by taking the time to connect with themselves through breath, movement, and meditation. She is certified in vinyasa, ashtanga, prenatal/postnatal yoga, aerial yoga (level 1 & 2), mindfulness/meditation, yin, and restorative yoga. Yoga allowed her to tap into her strengths and weaknesses. It constantly reminds her to not force things in all aspects of life. It has given her the opportunity to grow stronger and more flexible in body and mind. Yoga is not about how far you can stretch the body, its about how far you can stretch your mind. It all starts and ends with breath. Without an even breath, the rest is impossible. If you tap into your mind, without judgement and stress, you will find a whole new world of possibilities...maybe even touching your toes!
