This body scan meditation guides you through specific opposite points in the body, helping the mind to settle. The sequence acts as a “mind pattern interrupt”, releasing stress and helping you let go of repetitive, worried thoughts. If you’re familiar with Yoga Nidra meditation, feel free to include your intention or sankalpa during the meditation. (Production by Adam Metcalfe of Headroom Music)

I loved the zig zag body scan, moving around the body in a less conventional pattern. Was totally relaxed and appreciative of the invitation to stay that way as long as I liked. Was SHOCKED by the sound of the bell at the end! No fair! I prefer to emerge slowly in my own time. Otherwise, this meditation was perfect. 6/14/23
