Thank you for your calm and soothing voice. My 7 and 8 year-old grandkids request this meditation every night they stay with me. It’s my go to for quick centering and releasing of tension. I think, they feel it, too.

Great relaxing Yoga Nidra I did on a Flowmat (with spikes)It felt like I was asleep… But: Got back into my regular awareness the moment the music stopped, like the sleep of the yogi. 😉 Lovely voice, great guidance. Might be able to get back to sleep with less burning 🔥 fibromyalgia sensations. (Pain) Thank you 🙏 Namaste
