Hello,

I'm Rachel.

Welcome to this end of yoga meditation.

Let's take the next few minutes to wind down and release any remaining tension or stress.

Lay down on your back in Shavasana,

Allowing your legs to extend and your arms to rest by your sides.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath in.

Fill your lungs with fresh air.

Hold the breath for a few seconds and then slowly exhale,

Releasing any tension in your body.

Now try to visualize yourself standing on a beautiful beach with the waves gently washing up on the shore.

As you inhale,

Imagine the waves softly washing up over your toes.

As you exhale,

Imagine the waves retreating back to the ocean,

Taking with them any negative thoughts or emotions.

With each inhale,

Feel the cool water washing up against your skin,

Soothing and calming your body.

With each exhale,

Feel any lingering tension or stress leaving your body,

Being carried away by the waves.

Continue to breathe deeply and sync your breath with the rhythm of the waves.

Allow your mind to let go of any thoughts or worries,

Simply focusing on the sound and sensation of the waves.

A few more deep breaths,

Feeling the energy of the ocean and the earth beneath your body.

When you are ready,

Slowly wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing yourself back to the present moment.

Take a moment to observe your surroundings and the feeling of your body on the ground.

Slowly roll onto the side of your body and then lift yourself up,

Bringing yourself into a comfortable seated position.

And when you're ready,

Slowly open your eyes and come back to your day,

Feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Namaste.
