Deep sleep is a guided meditation to help you reach a deeper sleep and to sleep through the whole night.
So make sure you're comfortable,
Let your lying down.
Just listen gently to my voice,
Focus on your breath,
Go inward.
Let your mind quieten down.
Listen to your body relax.
Your feet relax.
To your legs.
All the way up to your hips.
Let the back of your body sink back down.
Focus your belly,
Chest,
Shoulders.
Sense how any tension is starting to leave your body on every exhalation.
Starting to become more and more relaxed.
Back of your neck,
Throat,
Your arms.
Relax your teeth and your tongue apart.
Relax your jaw,
Cheeks,
Eyes.
Soften your forehead and go inward.
Imagine what feeling relaxed feels like.
Just blissful sensation,
Just softening back down into your bed.
Allow yourself to drift slowly,
Deeper and deeper inward,
To drift towards sleep.
Any sleep is good,
But by relaxing here and now,
You're sleep through the whole night.
Notice how relaxed you're feeling.
Feeling in relaxation into sleep.
In a peaceful place,
Softening,
A blissful space where you can relax physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally and just let your body and mind rest.
Going deeper and deeper into this space.
Feel fall and rise of your belly and your chest with each breath is calming,
Relaxing.
Every exhalation,
Just sense how you're going deeper and deeper,
Almost asleep,
Almost there.
Inhale in a sense of calm,
A softness.
And exhale out any worries,
Any fears,
Any stress,
Any thoughts that cause discomfort or stress,
Just exhale them out.
Most of the worries we have never actually happen,
So let go,
Let go.
Let the subconscious brain take over.
Drift slowly into sleep.
Into a blissful sleep,
Knowing that you will wake up refreshed after sleeping right through the night.
Let relaxation and sleep happen naturally.
And if you're still not asleep,
Just visualize a peaceful place,
A peaceful forest,
A calm lake,
A beach,
A snow-capped mountain.
Choose an image that you feel relaxed and at ease with,
A place that is peaceful,
Relaxing.
Imagine,
Visualize,
Sense yourself there,
See yourself relaxing in this peaceful place.
Feel yourself relaxing even deeper,
Like a feather,
Floating down through the air,
Deeply relaxed.
