This gentle energising meditation will help you wake up in the morning or after a nap, breathe, stretch, energise, feel happy and positive about the day ahead of you! Feel your senses, your body alive and awake, bring awareness to your physical body as well as your mind. Be aware of the moment, as you slowly wake up to Bliss, ready for anything the day brings.

Wake up to bliss.

There's a guided meditation to help you set your day up.

To wake up to feel energized.

So take a couple of deep,

Deep breaths,

Inhaling in energy.

And exhale out any tiredness.

Any fuzziness,

Just exhale it all out.

With each inhalation,

Breathe in energy.

Become filled with bliss.

Exhale out any tension.

Any fatigue.

Any fuzziness,

Just let it go.

Now focus on your breathing.

Breathe in energy and positivity.

Breathe out any negativity,

Just let it go.

Become more energized with each breath you take.

Waking up.

Sense that delightful sensation of just being here and now.

Awake.

Energized,

Positive.

Maybe stretch your body.

Same time as you're inhaling and exhaling,

Long,

Deep breaths.

Allow your arms,

Your hands to wake up.

Allow the energy to start to flow through your whole body.

Waking up,

Feeling energized,

Feeling excited for the day.

Allow yourself to experience excitement and anticipation for your morning and the rest of the day.

Maybe move your feet around,

Warm up the ankles,

The legs.

Flexing,

Pointing your toes.

Move your feet around,

Up,

Down.

Let's start to feel a slight tingling as the muscles waking up,

The blood starting to flow around as you're waking up more and more.

Waking up to bliss.

Inhale and lift your arms up.

Wake up your lungs,

Your heart.

Be aware of how your physical body feels.

How you feel mentally,

Emotionally.

Go inward a bit.

Just observe.

Feel your breath inhaling in,

Big wave of energy coming in from the toes all the way up to your head.

Inhale and exhale out any tiredness,

Any fatigue,

Any negativity.

Just exhale it all out on this big wave.

Feel the gentle movements your body makes as the air moves with each breath.

It's your lungs,

Your heart,

The oxygenated air coming in.

And feel the energy growing,

Expanding,

Radiating around your whole body,

Around your mind.

Start to feel light,

Strong,

Powerful and free.

Completely filled with energy from head to toe.

Notice that you can feel calm and at ease,

But also energized,

Strong,

Positive.

Waking up to your bliss.

Eagerly anticipating the rest of the day,

Knowing that you can wake up with a sense of joy,

A sense of lightness and go out into your day and make others feel good.

Smile.

Completely filled with energy from head to toe,

Ready to move,

Ready for the day ahead of you.

Allow this positive sensation within you to grow until it is so powerful,

You feel almost unstoppable.

Really feel bliss.

Feeling energized,

Feeling strong,

But also relaxed and at ease with a calm mind.

You're there,

Ready to take on the day ahead,

Feeling alert,

Calm,

Powerful,

Strong and energized.
