This is a guided meditation to help deal with menopause symptoms.
So make yourselves comfortable lying down seated upright.
Take a couple of deep inhalations and nice long slow exhalations.
Let go.
Your deep breathing calms and relaxes you.
Allows your body to relax,
To feel calm.
Right now you have nowhere to go.
Nothing to do.
Nowhere to be.
Just be here and now.
Relaxed.
At ease.
Start to relax your toes,
Heels.
Zip through your calf muscles to your thighs.
Let your lower back sink back down.
Relax your belly,
Chest,
Relax your shoulders.
Relax both arms all the way down to your fingers.
In your heart space and open up your heart space.
Relax your throat.
Move your jaw a few times just to ease any tension in the jaw.
Now relax your teeth.
Relax your tongue apart.
Soften your cheeks,
Eyes,
Eyebrows,
Forehead.
Just let go into the delightful sensation of just being here and now.
Sense of calmness moving through your mind.
Sense of calmness physically,
Mentally,
Emotionally,
Calm,
Relaxed,
At ease.
Sense your body breathing by itself,
A natural breath.
Let go of any worries,
Any fears,
Any stress.
Just observe.
Observe yourself.
Observe any sensations you may feel.
Sense of coolness on your inhalation.
A cool sensation moving through your whole body.
Cooling your body down,
Easing into your spine.
A cool tingling sensation moving down through your spine.
Bringing with it a softness,
A sense of ease,
A sense of balance physically.
Since there's that balance in your body,
The hormones balanced at ease.
Inhaling in a sense of peace,
A sense of calm and that lovely coolness.
Exhale out any sweat,
Any hot air,
Any heat,
Just let it go.
Feel a blue tingling coolness in your mind,
In your body,
In your emotions.
I want to gently repeat a few affirmations.
I am happy and content with my body.
I am at ease within.
I feel a soothing coolness move through my body.
I am relaxed.
I am at ease.
I feel balanced within.
I feel healthy.
Breathe in,
Relax and breathe out.
Relax.
You'll have a sense of cool spreading throughout your body from your feet all the way up to your head softening,
Cooling.
It's a pleasant feeling,
So relaxing.
Like you're floating in a soft cloud,
Feeling the cool air caress your whole body.
Floating,
Relaxing,
Balanced at ease.
Notice how your breathing is slowed down,
Long deep inhalation and a longer and deeper exhalation.
Sense the coolness within you spreading,
Knowing that it is always there.
You just need to close your eyes and feel the smooth cool blue sensation,
A sense of balance,
Calm and ease.
