A mantra to start your day.

Find a comfortable seat.

Settle in as you begin to notice your breath.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Begin to feel grounded,

Allowing your awareness to totally fill your entire body.

Let your awareness soak through like a sponge.

As you do this,

You may notice any places with tension in your body where you may feel tight or holding on.

As you breathe,

Let yourself soften,

Letting go.

Feel the support of the ground below you,

Feel the support,

Letting go,

Softening.

As you breathe in,

Breathe out.

You may get distracted by a thought.

Acknowledge it and come back to your breath.

Begin to focus on the following mantra.

My mind is brilliant.

My body is healthy.

My spirit is tranquil.

I create my own path and walk it with joy.

My positive thoughts guide me to new heights.

I am conquering my fears and becoming stronger each day.

I will have a good day.

It is my choice.

I am not afraid to be wrong.

My body is my temple.

I hold the key to better health through eating better and through exercise.

Good health is practice and I have patience.

I listen to my body and I give it what it needs.

My potential is limitless and I choose where to spend my energy.

My mind is brilliant.

My body is healthy.

My spirit is tranquil.

I create my own path and walk it with joy.
