Breathing in again deeply and out.
Imagine a golden white light above your head.
This golden white light contains your inner guidance,
Your inner wisdom,
But also your biggest,
Yummiest and sensual self.
A part of you that's able to receive pleasure,
Receive compliments,
Receive gratitude,
Receive appreciation and receive love.
Breathe that in your body as you let go of every tension in your body and your out breath.
Breathing that into your back,
Deep breath.
Breathing that into your neck,
Deep breath.
Breathing that into your face,
Breathing that into your heart.
And your chest as you relax your shoulders.
Breathe in.
And relax your neck again.
Release any tensions in your upper body.
Breathe into your entire upper body.
Breathe in.
See the vibrations of the gong as you allow the gong vibrations to relax every part of your body deeper and deeper within.
Relaxing every part of your body as you only allow deep breath to move through your body with every other part of your body relaxed.
Feel it sink into the ground,
Allowing yourself to also see a black hole on the bottom of the floor,
Allowing any negativity to release itself,
Any tension,
Any old ideas,
Any patterns,
Any of the challenges that you're having in your life right now to be breathed into and released.
Breathe into that.
Connect with anything that you want to let go of in your time of life right now and right here.
It may be any of the past experience that are stopping you from getting your desired outcome.
Please breathe into that and ask them to step forth into the circle to be able to be released.

Anything in your life that wants to be released right now,
Digested and transmuted.
Please step forward.
Breathe into any part of you that feels small,
Any part of you that feels stressed,
Any part of you that feels overwhelmed,
Responsible to control,
Feel anxious,
Scared and fearful of uncertainty.
Breathe into that.
Release it into the center of the earth.
Breathing into any part of you that feels that you cannot accept positive feedback,
That you cannot feel beautiful,
That when people tell you that you look good or that you are doing well,
You cannot accept a part of you that wants to reject it,
Distract from it,
Run away from it,
Put yourself down.
Breathe into that.
And let that sensation go.
Let it sink to the floor.
Let it disperse itself into the fires of sacred fires that can cleanse and burn it.
Imagine blue and purple flames burning through your body,
Burning away any negativity,
Any negative thoughts.
In your next few breaths,
Release any other negativity that is in your system that is stopping you in your life right now.
Invite all of it,
Whether you're conscious of it or not,
To come out from your exhale into the center of the earth.
Breathe deeply.
Allowing any resistances,
Any fighting that you have,
Feeling any type of emotion to also be released.
Breathe into any part of you that feels resistant,
Feels like you need to control,
Feels like you need to have your walls up,
Feels like you need to be perfect,
Feels like you need to be on top of everything.
Breathe into that.
And allow yourself to feel free and flow and trust that your natural self is already the best version.
Your natural self holds the key to your charisma,
Your attraction,
Your magnetism.
Breathe into that.

Allowing the vibrations of the gong to identify any part of your body that needs to be released,
Transported into your system,
Through your breath,
Softening,
Softening,
Softening your body and allowing your body to do what it needs to do to release the biggest blockages to your ultimate,
Sexual,
Yummy self.
The part of you that feels judged,
Feels fear of judgment,
Please release that now.
Breathe into that right now.

Part of you that feels like you cannot express yourself,
Part of you that feels that there's no way that you can do this in front of more than a certain amount of people,
People that you know.
Part of you that feels like you are not accepted as who you are and you cannot be accepted as who you are or people will not see and understand who you are when you are who you are.
Release that heart.
Breathe into it.
And release everything.
Invite anything else that wants to be released today to come forth in your next breath and release everything into the center of the earth.

I want you to get connected to your highest self and your desired outcome.

That part of you that feels vibrant,

Allow it to travel and expand through your body.

See the bright lights maybe that you see as it flows in you.
Feel what you feel.
Hear whatever there is to hear.
And allow yourself to have any sensation and bring yourself back to your breath so you can use it to expand it in your body.
Breathe in to your 10 out of 10 or 20 out of 10 desires.
And in your exhale,
Spread it all throughout your body.
Next breath in,
I want you to breathe in even bigger breath than the last of your intentions at its maximum and spread it to this room.
Now breathe in again and allow these intentions to multiply as you breathe it into your body and spread it to the city who so desperately needs some positive energy and intention.
Next breath in,
I want you to grow and grow this intention even more and I'll spread it to this country and to this continent to all of those who want a piece of this intention to support.
Next breath in,
I want you to breathe in your intention and multiply it again and spread it to this globe to all of those who need this intention and all of those who this resonates with.
Next breath in,
Breathe in this intention and allow yourself to fully embody it as you explode it into this Milky Way,
This solar system.
Breathe it in.

Multiply these intentions again within yourself,
Breathe in and allow this to expand throughout this Milky Way,
This universe and even infinity and beyond allow you to shoot it out into universe and infinity and beyond.

Continue with breathing in and out as you bring yourself back into this room,
Collecting all of your energy that is going to help you move forward with your desired outcome in this life today,
Right now.
Invite all of those energies to merge with your body and come into your body right now.
As you wiggle your toes,
Start to feel it,
Physical sensation coming in through your toes,
Your fingers,
Your hips,
Move your hips,
Open up your womb or your genitals to receive that,
Breathe in through that,
Breathe in that energy there.
We oftentimes close those sensations there.
See if you can move the energy with your breath to breathe in through those spots.
And as you breathe out,
Allow the intention to expand throughout the spots in your body that you usually aren't focusing on or the areas of your womb,
Uterus,
Pelvis,
Lower abdomen area.
Planting the seeds of creation,
Planting the seeds of creating unlimited abundance,
Unlimited sensuality,
Unlimited confidence,
Unlimited ability to receive and give success,
Unlimited sensations of relaxation,
Centeredness and groundedness.
Feel that ground and plant itself into your energetic womb,
The part of you that holds such intentions,
The soil and fertile ground of your body.
Take a last few breaths here.
Allow your body to do whatever it needs to do,
Vibrate or feel whatever sensation it needs to feel in order for you to be able to hold this level of energy in yourself.
Notice how energy feels like in your body right now.
This is you holding way more energy than you have held before.
So take note of what that feels like in your palms,
What does that feel like in your chest,
How does that feel like in your armpits,
How does that feel like in your joints,
In your stomach,
In your pelvic region,
In your legs.
Maybe even in your back,
What does this level of energy feel like in your back,
Your lower back,
The bottom of your feet,
Your calves,
How do those feel?
Notice if there's any difference,
Any sensation,
Any tingling,
How does it feel,
Any warmth,
Any coolness or maybe it's just calmness,
Whatever it is,
It's all perfect.
You just need to notice.
And then whenever you're ready,
You may turn to one side if you're lying down,
You can stretch a little bit,
However you want to stretch,
Lift your pillows off of your eyes.
Just give yourself a big sideways hug and if you're in seated,
Give yourself a big frontal hug,
Squeeze deep.
Stretch your legs all the way down or wherever you can to just stretch out any tensions.
Raise your arms to the top,
Stretch out however you want to stretch to the top.
And allow yourself to slowly make yourself all the way back up to seated as you stretch yourself all directions.
