Com where we bring yummy meditation so you can be in your yummy body every day in every situation in your life and business enjoy so in a moment as you continue sinking in deeply into the state really breathing in and allow yourself to embrace whatever emotion whatever calmness or gentleness that you're feeling you want to begin imagining yourself walking into an elevator in your mind's eye imagine yourself walking into an elevator this elevator has negative 100 floors I want you to press in the elevator the last floor that there is negative 100 level and as you press it once you allow yourself to start going down that building and that ground that basement ten stories at a time one to negative 10 and with each breath large self to go down deeper and deeper to negative 20 30 they get a 30 negative 40 I think and do a screening and in and out relaxing and letting go and every out breath step out into what you find yourself in a beautiful garden notice what you see whatever this garden looks like is it green is it falling is it a river whatever you see just take note of it and explore that garden in your mind's eye whatever shows up is the right one you don't have to worry whatever that is doesn't matter because we're going to go into the corner of this garden there's a little fence and a gate we're going to go on a journey outside of the garden so you say and leave the garden and you start walking onto a path that starts opening in front of you this path is winding into a distance and you see yourself walking through it as you take quick steps in a distance you see something it's actually your favorite animal that appears on the road on this path watch yourself go over and start embracing and hugging and allowing your sensations to feel what it feels like to be with this animal that you're so fond of let that wash over you give it an incredible,
Vague hug in however way you can and thank it for being on your path as you move on you begin to hear a sound in a distance and the sound is your favorite song allow the tune and the melody of that sound and that rhythm to wash over you and receive that sensation too think it and you start walking again leaving your favorite song behind you start seeing actually there's your favorite flower in front of you as you walk on and you see that and you put your nose down and you take a deep breath tickling your sensations and tickling you and smell what the flower smells like let that fill you up with that fresh scent of plants your favorite flower whatever shows up in your mind's eye is the right flower no stress in a distance you see a book laying down you walk over and you look at the title it's actually one of your favorite books whatever shows up is what it is you flip through it enjoying the stimulation that it provides you and remembering what it was like when you first read it breathe in that enjoyment you don't have to know specifically what it is if you don't see it just breathe it in in a distance you see a gate this pathway leads to this gate and in this gate it says your name and it says a time seven months from now you open that gate and you walk in you notice what this house looks like or maybe it's an apartment there's something there's a place that is yours you walk around and just see what you see is there an outdoors area is there an indoors area allow yourself to explore this place so allow your mind to show you an area as you eventually make your way to the front door imagine that front door in front of you taking note of what it exactly looks like as you put your hand on the handle or the door knob you turn it or open it however way that door is made you take a step in and you look around what there is in that place you also find yourself walking and finding a mirror a full length mirror head over there and you check yourself out noticing if there's any difference what do you look like what are you wearing how do you hold yourself or maybe even what your hairstyle looks like you look at yourself in the mirror you connect with that version of yourself give her or him a wink or however it is that you want to acknowledge that future version of you in a moment you start walking into what is your bedroom wherever that is in the house someone should head over there open the door to your bedroom as you start looking around you find a photo album on a table in the room is this the documentation of your life so far in this world in this parallel world in your unconscious world this is what it looks like you glide your fingers down the sides of the edges of the book the album you make yourself comfortable bringing that book into your lap maybe finding a safe and comfortable seat around as well take a deep breath and you flip to the first page connecting to what you see here a vision of yourself living breathing from your soul from your flow from the part of you who keep saying yes to your energy yes to your strength and also yes to practicing and continuously practicing that sensation of clarity and flow the part of you that has already achieved that clarity and focus and flow and confidence the also the ability to receive abundance and receive the fruits of those labor receive what it is that you put into motion already and breathe into that ability to allow yourself to receive allowing yourself to breathe in this state and enjoy it and see yourself in those pictures already being in that state receive that with openness humility and a lot of gratitude in the next page I want you to see yourself in the area of your career and work who are you surrounded by how do you walk and hold yourself from moment to moment breathe that into your body now what are your facial expressions how do you hold your body connect to that golden white light and connect with that version of yourself flying through the day calm purposeful with ease and a sensation of grace even or fluidity that jells your days and your tasks and your goals and progress and growth together breathe in that level of support that you have from yourself from the inside and allow that to fill your body as that affects and influences also what you see on the outside breathe in that level of ability to prioritize whatever is most important for that particular moment or in the various moments that you find yourself experiencing in that whatever it is those skills the skills and the habits that you've already cultivated you may or may not know them but breathe them into your system now so they can begin their journey letting go of any old habits and areas that you're holding tightly onto letting those go breathing into that all the habits and old patterns that prevent you from being here especially the ones that hold you back like procrastination the fear of failure the feeling that you have to do everything perfect self judgment self doubt any of those feelings I want you to breathe into that and breathe it out into the fire whatever is willing to be released today breathe into that let it all go there's no need to worry there's no need to stress whatever you need to do is already there for you to get in touch with it all you need to do with your inner strength your inner knowing and this is how I walk through my day and results each natural results allowing yourself to feel that breath that in feel that sensation of natural support from all of those around you flip into the next page and that's which you receive and see the amount of support that you have physical non-physical maybe even sensationalize it could be tangible or intangible whatever it is that your mind wants to show you show me the best version of me and the support that I'm able to receive as a result of that breathe that in receive any and all support that's here for you past present and future see yourself receive that in this vision see yourself receive that into your breath and allow yourself to receive that in whatever shape or form that comes in and knowing that you're always being supported you're always being looked after it's only a sensation of whether you believe it or not breathe that sensation in whether that is financially whether that is emotionally notice any resistances that pop up as you breathe those words in and I want you to breathe in lots and lots of healing love breathing in again any resistances you have from receiving support to your biggest dreams and your biggest goals breathe into those and let it go let it go not only to the limitations that you can recognize let go of any caps or any glass ceilings in your uncertainty or in your unconscious that you put on yourself and the ability to receive whatever it is whether sensational whether financial whether emotional whether even spiritual whatever results whatever outcome whatever emotion that you're feeling that you want to feel as a result of achieving your goals release any blockages from any of that happening breathe in all of the blockages and all of the resistances in the past present and even future and release them whatever you can connect to today just breathe into those blocks and make them a non-issue continuously doing this in and out and in and out and clear out whatever you can today releasing releasing and releasing any old behavior patterns any old belief systems that limit you from moving even better even more all those things that don't serve you anymore all those feelings and emotions and behaviors patterns that don't serve you anymore thank them for serving you that once upon a time and allow themselves to detach from your behavior be attached from your reality detach from your present way of looking at things or dealing with things just like an energetic surgical maneuver allow that to unravel from who you are using your breath to breathe in that energy to allow it to unravel further untangle itself from you whatever sticky behaviors that no longer serve you allow that to unravel and unravel and unravel in front of you allow it to all gather into a space in front of you release it into the fire breathing it out and pushing it and releasing it thanking it for its service and releasing it for all once and for all release it into the fire breathing it out and pushing it back in release it into the fire release it into the fire Maybe I want to step out of that page.
Allow yourself to slowly and gently come back to the present moment.
