So take a few moments and just kind of,

If you feeling tight or tense in your hands,

In your heart,

In your neck,

In your head,

In your jaw,

We want to first acknowledge our physical bodies by drawing ourselves in to present time.

Let us use our breath to start to draw us in to present time.

And just notice as you gently and authentically start to invite yourself into meditation.

You don't have to hit some perfect mark.

If you need to move around a little bit while we're meditating,

Please honor that.

This is a really gentle space.

And just notice the quality of your breath,

How it's moving in and out.

Have you been holding your breath?

I know for a lot of us,

Our breath has been a little bit complicated because of the air quality.

So we might be feeling a little afraid to take deep breaths,

Or we might be feeling a little tight in our hearts and on our lungs and our throats because of the smoke.

And so be gentle and acknowledging the quality of your breath.

Be gentle and validating that your breath itself may be going through a transition.

And our breath exists in present time.

And so when we are having challenge around connecting to our physical bodies because of fear,

Or stress,

Our breath is a brilliant and friendly master to help us bring ourselves back into ourselves and into present time.

And so just take a moment to be with your breath.

And perhaps this is the first time in a while you've had access to this kind of stillness.

But even if you meditate every single day,

Be open to what's possible in this moment with such a beautiful and focused and loving group of humans.

Let's create a big beautiful grounding cord.

And this grounding cord that we're going to work with today is a big beautiful tree.

And this tree,

You can imagine it being healthy and strong,

Vibrant and alive.

And connecting it to the base of your spine.

And inviting it to travel down through all the layers and the textures,

The frequencies and the fragrances of this beautiful,

Beautiful planet that we call home.

Until you really are able to root down and connect to the center of the earth.

And breathe as you do this,

Opening up space and permission for yourself and yourself to connect to your home planet.

Noticing where you can soften into this relationship.

Perhaps you feel a little extra gravity.

Perhaps you feel softening in your belly.

Perhaps you feel softening in your lower back,

In your hips.

As you ground into the earth.

And we're going to invite the qualities of aliveness,

Of flexibility,

Of presence,

The qualities of a big beautiful tree,

The energetic qualities we're going to invite into our grounding cord.

And we're going to match these energies with our grounding in present time to the earth.

And maybe you can notice or imagine the vast array of earth energies available to you as you support yourself more deeply connecting to the center of the earth.

And maybe you notice the dark,

Nutrient-rich soil that is filled with moisture and microbes and mycelium.

Mm-hmm.

Maybe you notice the quality of the beautiful red rocks,

Rose quartz.

Notice those qualities in your grounding.

Notice those qualities as being available to you in present time.

And just allow yourself to be with this,

Held,

Nourished,

Supported by your beautiful home,

Planet earth.

Mm-hmm.

You can feel your grounding wider than your hips.

You can very much establish this as your own connection to the planet.

And you can take up space here.

There is limitless,

Abundant space for you to harmonize with the earth in present time.

And breathe as you do this.

And you might notice as you shed tension from your hips,

From your lower back,

From your belly,

From your heavy heart,

You can just let some of this heaviness,

Some of this fear,

Some of this sadness,

Just draw down and out your grounding cord.

Let it be compost.

Let it become the soil.

Let it be regenerated by the earth.

Let it support us in a way that gives us clarity in our knowing,

In our love,

In our vision.

Let us support and receive the support.

Receiving love and giving love,

Receiving support and giving support.

You can pay attention to your belly for a moment.

Bring attention to your belly and say hello to your belly.

Say hello to your creative energy.

And your healing energy.

And just imagine a bubble of fresh,

Clean water just entering into your belly to replenish all of your healing energy,

All of your creative energy.

Let yourself take a moment to cool this system down.

And maybe you notice there are some seeds in that space that are ready to blossom.

And maybe you notice there are some old patterns that are ready to upgrade or update.

You can just trust in the natural evolution of this.

You can release any effort around this.

And just know that simply by being here and being in this space,

You are beginning to regenerate.

Bring your awareness up to your heart.

And bring in a bubble of brilliant pink energy.

Allowing this pink energy to move into your heart and your lungs,

Letting your lungs be fresh and clean,

Letting your heart be open and refreshed.

And notice all along this,

If you're ready to shed,

You can simply just release it.

And bring your awareness to your throat and bring in a big bubble of golden energy,

Inviting neutrality to your communication,

Inviting forgiveness and spaciousness and the permission to not have all the answers at this current moment.

And you can breathe as you let your throat soften,

As you continue to open your heart,

As you continue to replenish your creative energy,

Your healing energy in your belly.

And breathe and notice where you're holding tension and bring love and spaciousness.

And I'd like for you to bring a big golden sun or bubble into the center of your head as well.

And give yourself permission to let all of those fearful thoughts,

Those worried thoughts,

Those hyperactive thoughts,

Just get some space and some neutrality.

You can really let your mind space have permission to open up and clean and clear.

Don't worry,

There will be more thoughts in the future.

But for right now,

You can see how open you can give yourself the space to let the center of your head and let your mind clean and clear,

Releasing your tension,

Releasing your analyzing,

Releasing your problem solving.

You can see those qualities just fall away from your body,

Just move off of the space.

And from this space of being really centered and connected to yourself and the earth and having your system running,

Like to start to turn our attention out into our communities,

Still keeping our energy running and connected to the center of the planet,

Still keeping the permission to shed and open,

We're going to start to visualize this love,

This connection out into our communities.

You can see your family well,

You can see your home safe.

You can see your beloved neighbors and your friends,

Finding the answers to their questions,

Finding safety,

Finding love.

You can send out love to all of the fire people,

The first responders,

The veterinarians,

The people who are there holding space.

For all of the beings who are feeling so much fear and displacement in this moment.

And I'd like for you to visualize the quality of fresh,

Clean air and fresh,

Clean water landing in the hearts and the minds and the hands of all of these beautiful,

Beautiful souls.

Seeing it as a wave going out from this beautiful container out.

And you can see this calm energy roll through the hills,

Calming the fires,

Acknowledging the land,

Acknowledging the plants,

Looking at it and giving love to it as it is,

And also asking it to calm.

We can call in gentle rain clouds to come and start to seed that at a time in our history,

Human beings knew a rain dance.

They knew and know how to align.

Some still do in some places on the planet.

And so take a moment to just feel that this is possible,

That it is possible to have rain,

That it is possible for these fires to calm,

That it is possible that we ourselves can be calm and steady.

And as we allow this and invite this to calm our beloved city,

The nature,

The animals,

See the animals in all form have what they need.

See everybody having access to clean drinking water and fresh food.

See everybody having access to a safe,

Comfortable bed.

See everybody in our whole beloved city,

And then you can extend it even further outward.

Sending our love and our blessing and our grounding outward into the whole world.

And breathe.

Holding a vision of peace,

Of transformation,

Radical transformation,

Radical transformation that is authentic and grounded and seeded in love.

See this in our city.

See this in the hearts and mind of every being on the planet.

And so as we start to close our meditation,

I would like for you each to give yourself another big golden bubble above your head,

Calling an energy that belongs to you from the center of the universe.

And let this quality,

This limitless,

Abundant energy fill your whole body,

Your whole being,

All the way down to the tips of your toes,

All the way deep inside every molecule.

This alignment.

We're going to close our meditation with gratitude,

Saying thank you to this beautiful,

Beautiful planet,

Saying thank you to all of the animals and all of the plants and all of the water,

All of the mountains,

All of the rivers,

All of the streams.

Thank you to the seven directions.

Thank you to the wisdom keepers.

Thank you to the first responders.

Thank you to the fire keepers and the fire protectors and the water keepers and the water protectors.

Make a prayer for your life or call for your life.

Calling in love,

Peace and health for all beings and for this incredible planet,

Who is also a being that we live with and live on and live in.

May everyone in our city and in the whole world have everything that they need to thrive,

To be healthy,

To share their gifts.

And may we be a part of a great awakening,

Where we move in harmony with the earth.

Where we love each other so deeply,

That we have the energy to change and transform through that love.

And so it is.

And you can start to stretch a little bit.

You can stretch your arms.

You can stretch your hands.

If you need to milk this and stay where you are,

Please feel free to do so.

You do not need to come out if you don't want to.

That's one of the blessings of being able to do this in your own home,

In your own space.

There is so much love available.

It is a limitless,

Abundant resource.

And when we meet each other in our genius and in our authenticity,

When we meet ourselves in our authenticity,

We have the power to transform worlds.
