Happiness has been Tracy Braden's objective for as long as she can remember. Having studied Philosophy, Religion, Psychology and Yoga, she has distilled many traditions into her own form of active contemplative training. Her offerings are meant to inspire people to focus on what is real and what they can impact, while having fun in the constant experiment of being alive. She is a former university Professor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Success Coach, and I-Rest Level 1 Meditation teacher. She hold's a certificate in Contemplative Psychotherapy from the Nalanda Inst. and continues her education through the Buddhist Studies Institute as well as other variety of other other self study methods and trainings. Her sessions here are meant to enhance nervous system regulation as well as strengthen your ability to playfully engage in your everyday life.
