Guided meditation to melt into the Peace that we are. Our Being is Peace and our creations such as tensions, thoughts, and emotions can melt back into that Peace until there is only Peace. This meditation guides us back into our Being, the Peace that passes all understanding. Please do not practice this meditation while driving or any activity except sitting or lying down ready to enjoy letting go into relaxation. These podcasts are what I have found to be the most helpful over the last 50 years on my path of awakening. I feel they are most powerful when listened to in sequence from one forward because each is built on the last. They also stand on their own. All are here and free.
