Trying to control life is exhausting. Longchenpa, the ancient Tibetan Dzogchen masters' suggestion? "Leave it as it is and rest the weary heart and mind." Indeed, embracing the natural flow of life can bring a sense of peace and tranquility, freeing us from the chains of constant worry and control. Let’s take a moment to breathe, let go, and simply Be. How does that sound for today? This and all of my podcast stand on their own. However, if you want a very powerful experience supporting your Awakening path, please listen to these podcasts in order from podcast one forward. Each is deeply supported by those that have proceeded it. Each is like a colored tile building a beautiful mosaic called the deepest most beautiful you. Enjoy!

Trying to control everything,

Wrestling with life can be so exhausting.

Maybe it's time to stop trying to control life.

Just leave it as it is and let go,

Relax.

Leave it as it is.

Leave it as it is and rest the weary heart and mind.

This is Longchenpa's suggestion,

The ancient Tibetan Tsojan master.

Leave it as it is and rest the weary heart and mind.

Often we are grasping so tightly because we're not allowing.

We are so tense and bound up that we don't fully experience the profound beauty of who we are and that of the world around us.

In our grasping sometimes we lose ourselves.

We can become so buried in our tension and covered up with our problems and issues,

Disconnected within.

We attempt to control life so hard that we can miss the radiant bliss of our being inside,

Which is ever present.

When this happens,

We don't feel ourselves as peace,

As love,

As happiness.

From here,

All covered up and disconnected,

Inner radiance might feel a bit like a fairy tale at times.

We are just so covered up and crusted over with our stuff.

Today,

Let's open up.

Let's take a break.

Let's relax.

Let's leave it as it is and rest the weary heart and mind.

Let's just allow.

Allow your inner and outer world to flow.

You today,

Just relax.

Nothing you have to do.

Just surrender to the flow of life for today.

Nothing you have to be,

But present to it all.

And what if you can't allow today?

What if that's too much?

Well then just relax and allow that you can't allow.

Let's leave life as it is today.

This is William Cooper,

And I look forward to talking to you next time.

Take care.

Thank you. I really needed to hear this today because I feel simply drained, exhausted, and overwhelmed, as I believe many of us in America do right now with the chaos, disruption, and Idiocracy of what is going on. I plan to listen to all of your talks beginning with number one. Thank you for your guidance and soothing message.

Since you suggested this one, I went straight to it. It’s a perfect three minute pause. And one I’ll be saving to listen to again and again as it’s a great reminder. I have a handful of friends that get so upset about things out of their control. Politics, world, problems, you name it. I look at them and think is it really worth your peace and serenity. I don’t think so. Not if you really trust that God is in charge and that God works all things out for good. Right? anyway, that’s how I keep my serenity. I let God be in charge. Thanks William ✨🌹🩷✨🌹🩷✨🌹🩷✨🌹🩷✨

Dearest William, I struggle for words to express how impactful your teaching here, this day is for me! My neighbor has a RELAX sign on his porch each time I see it my psyche connects, I breathe and reground. Gratitude has filled my heart listening to you say... "relax." Thank you for these words. They are needed by all of us who deal with situations we cannot make better for those we love. These words give permission to accept this. Such comfort, right there.
