Trying to control life is exhausting. Longchenpa, the ancient Tibetan Dzogchen masters' suggestion? "Leave it as it is and rest the weary heart and mind." Indeed, embracing the natural flow of life can bring a sense of peace and tranquility, freeing us from the chains of constant worry and control. Let’s take a moment to breathe, let go, and simply Be.
