Jenna Manders

Jenna is a yoga instructor and dog enthusiast based out of Austin, Texas. She has studied yoga and meditation through YogaWorks in NYC, as well as Yoga Nidra meditation with Dr. Halpern and Dr. Deerheart. Jenna's goal is to create a compassionate and kind practice that sparks curiosity in the practitioner to live their life with mindfulness.
