Welcome to this womb ocean meditation to empower you to connect with your capacity to foster and nurture creation and life in all forms.

This meditation is open to anyone whether or not you have a womb.

We have all been and come from the womb of someone else and this practice is a returning to that safe space.

You may wish to practice this while laying in a large body of warm water such as a filled bathtub or a heated pool should you have access to it.

You can also practice this lying down on a yoga mat or on a firm but comfortable bed and use any forms of support such as cushions or pillows or an eye mask to ensure that you feel completely comfortable.

Start by lying down comfortably.

Allow your arms to rest by the sides of your body.

You may wish to half or fully close your eyes if that feels good for you.

Start by noticing your breath.

Inhaling,

Allow a gentle rise.

Exhaling,

Sensing a soft surrender,

A vitality to unfold within you.

Exhaling,

Letting yourself relax even deeper into yourself.

For the next nine breaths,

Continue to ride the wave of your breath.

Allow yourself to yield,

To relax into yourself like a wave relaxing into the ocean.

Now see yourself floating weightlessly in an ocean.

Ocean as far and as wide and as deep as you can imagine.

Feel completely at home.

See the shades of black and blue extend beyond the horizon merging with the dark sky.

Feel the ocean breeze gently caressing your cheeks and let your nostrils receive the scent of the fresh,

Airy and salty waves.

Sense the motion of the waves gently lapping layer upon layer.

Notice the layers of your breath lapping of the ocean wave.

As you exhale,

Feel a sense of heaviness.

Feel your body so heavy as if you might descend into the dark.

As you inhale,

Feel a sense of lightness as if your body was so light that it floats and rises like little droplets of vapor rising from the ocean towards the heavens,

Towards the sky.

Exhaling,

Feeling that you are as heavy as the vast deep dark ocean.

Inhaling,

Feeling light like a little droplet,

A little droplet of water vapor floating up towards the heavens,

Towards the sky.

As your breath moves,

Continue to alternate between these two sensations.

A feeling of heaviness as you exhale and a feeling of lightness as you inhale for the next nine breaths.

Invite both of these sensations to be held simultaneously.

As you exhale,

Feel both heavy,

The dark deep ocean of vapor.

At the same time,

Your identity begin to expand.

Feel that you are ocean in specific expression,

Vast,

Limitless,

Dark.

At the same time,

You are a tiny droplet,

A little droplet of vapor,

Specific and unique.

Feel both of these in your consciousness simultaneously.

Go with this practice and become aware of the natural weight,

Shade and form of your body.

Mental awareness into the space in front of your closed eyes.

Inhale and see the fruit above you in the dark night sky.

Let the light shine down on you floating weightlessly in the ocean.

Exhale your awareness,

Gently descend down into the space of your belly and feel that within you,

Within your lower belly,

Lies an ocean as vast and as limitless as the ocean,

The woods surrounding and holding you.

Breathe your inner gaze down inside your lower belly and feel that within your lower belly,

Inside of you,

Feel within you the soft maturing light of the moon.

Capacity to birth and sustain life in all the sea.

Feel the light of your inner moon at this soft.

Spread down your hips,

Your thighs,

Your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles to your toes.

Let this warm glow spread up,

Warming and healing your waist,

Your chest,

Your heart,

Your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your elbows,

Your wrists to your fingertips.

Feel a healing light rise up along the back,

Sides and front of your neck,

Your chin,

Your jaw,

Your lips,

Your lips,

Your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your ears,

Your eyes,

Your eyebrows,

Your forehead,

The back of your head to your crown.

Feel this light like a warm healing cocoon encapsulating and enveloping all of you.

Feel cocooned in this warm healing space.

Here are safe,

Experienced and effortless ears,

Your breath as if your breath were breathing you,

As if your body is being breathed.

Feel cocooned in this warm healing space.

Feel that there's nothing that needs doing.

All of you is welcome.

Feel cocooned in this warm healing space.

In her embrace,

Love,

Creation and life flows freely in abundance.

In this warm healing space,

Feel love,

Life and creation overflowing.

Feel that all is possible.

With your next inhale,

Let your breath rise with the breath of your heart as if your heart were breathing.

As you exhale,

Hear now the guidance of your heart's wisdom,

The words of your inner teacher.

Notice your body breathing.

Become aware of your breath entering and leaving as if your body is being breathed.

Know that your heartfelt intention grows and flourishes in your life.

Feel how it is to actually inhabit the reality of your heart's wisdom.

Experience the feeling of embodying the reality of your heart's guidance in the safety of this warm healing and creation flows freely in abundance.

As you come to the end of this practice,

Know that the healing,

The blessings and insights you've received from this practice,

They come now with you into your everyday life.

If you wish to linger,

To stay in her embrace,

In this warm healing cocoon,

Where you are safe,

You are held very.

If you feel however,

Ready to awaken,

Gently,

The sound of your breath become more audible.

Let the sound of my voice reawaken you to an everyday state of consciousness.

You may wish to stretch,

Yawn,

And when you feel ready,
