Avidya is one of the kleshas or common afflictions of the mind. Playing with the concept of avidya (ignorance) and how it dances throughout our life, we observe the dance in our mind. Using mantra and observation to engage with avidya.

Breathing in,

We enter the dance of the mind.

Watch the mind,

The divine feminine energy swirling,

Creating,

Arousing.

The mind dances your whole universe into creation.

The mind is of great power and as such a double-edged sword.

It cuts through the avidya or ignorance to the truth,

But it can also cut away your remembrance of your deepest wisdom.

Breathe in and allow it to dance.

Worship the dance in all its unique intricacies and subtleties.

You do not need to join in the dance.

Simply observe as you remember that everything is divine.

Everything is chitti or consciousness,

Even the dance.

As the mind dances and thoughts arise,

Simply repeat neti,

Neti,

Neti,

Which means not this.

Whatever you think,

Say neti.

As you move through everything that is neti,

You strip away all the contractions and all the falseness until you arrive at the one truth,

The absolute,

The divine.

Follow the dance,

Repeating neti,

Until you arrive being present with that knowing.

Bring your awareness back into your body,

Back into your breath,

Remembering your divine truth as you slowly open your eyes.
