Welcome.

If you are in a place where you can close your eyes,

I invite you to do that now.

Notice your breath moving in and out of your body.

There's nothing to do or change or fix.

Simply observe.

Notice how it feels.

Begin to notice how your body feels.

Taking your awareness to the center of your forehead and imagining that you can draw a line straight back.

Then taking your awareness to the top of your head,

Right in the center.

If you could draw a line straight down,

Where those two points intersect.

Keep your awareness at that place.

Turning your back completely on the world.

Turning all of your focus onto this point in the center of your head.

Allow yourself to begin to sink deeper and deeper into this place.

This place within you that has never been touched or hurt or challenged or frustrated or angered.

This place that is one of peace and love.

A place that is a source for all wisdom,

Courage,

Strength.

Allow yourself to rest in this place.

As you rest here,

Exploring the depths of peace.

Allow yourself to gently begin to shed the layers of all of the things that you attach meaning to.

All of the things that you think you should be doing or shouldn't be doing.

All of the things that you feel like you have to do.

All of the things that bring guilt or shame.

Just allow them to simply fall away.

And as they do,

Begin to sense the truth of what is in you.

What you really are.

The magnificence of it.

The beauty of it.

Allow yourself to just know that all is well.

All is well.

Begin to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Bringing with you a sense of peace.

I carry this with you throughout your day as you slowly open your eyes.
