Let's begin by ensuring you're comfortable and feeling fully supported.
Finding what feels best for your body.
You might even still be in your bed.
And when you're settled in.
Bringing your awareness inward.
Placing your focus on your breath.
And allowing for the full expansion.
Of your lungs.
With each inhale.
Allowing your body to relax.
And release.
With your exhale.
Allowing your head.
Your arms.
And your legs to be heavy.
Your whole body is heavy.
And sinking into the surface beneath you.
And now you might like to.
Bring in your intention.
For the day ahead.
Something simple like I'm going to have an awesome day.
Softly whispering and repeating your intention to yourself to anchor it in.
And now let's begin to rotate through the body.
Through the consciousness.
There's no need to do anything.
Or make any movements.
As I say each body part.
Merely place your focus on that body part.
If you like.
You may send a tender thought of awareness to each body part.
Let's begin.
Bring your awareness to the crown chakra.
At the top of your head.
Your forehead.
The space between your brows.
Your cheeks.
Your eyes.
Your chin.
And your jaw.
The notch at the base of your neck.
Alive.
And radiant.
Your shoulders.
Both of your arms.
Your elbows.
Your wrists.
Both hands.
The palms of both hands.
The backs of both hands.
All 10 fingers.
Alive.
And radiant.
Your torso.
Your hips and your legs.
Both knees.
Ankles.
Both feet and the soles of your feet.
The tops of both feet.
All 10 toes.
Alive.
And radiant.
The right side of the body.
The left side of the body.
The whole body simultaneously.
Equally sensing.
The right side.
And the left side of the body.
Your whole body alive and radiant.
Bring your attention and focus to your breath again.
Noticing the natural rhythm of your breath.
Breathing in pure,
Vibrant energy.
Exhaling out all that does not serve you.
Imagining pure energy.
Filling all cells.
In your body.
Energy that will sustain you throughout your day.
Noticing the rise and fall of your chest.
With each inhale.
And exhale.
Imagining how your breath brings pure energy.
To your body.
And to your mind.
Seeing yourself calm and at ease.
Ready for the day.
Bringing your awareness and attention again.
To the space between your brows.
Your third eye.
Pausing here.
And dropping into the deepest level of rest.
Merging into this space of awareness and emptiness.
Allowing your body to integrate.
No need for you to do anything.
Simply resting here.
And gathering support.
And energy.
