This session features binaural beats to anchor the affirmations into your subconscious.

Hello and welcome to this I Am Presence affirmation session.

The words we speak to ourselves and the words we speak about ourselves send powerful messages and instructions to our minds.

I Am Presence affirmations are a strong and effective way for us to bring positivity and encouragement into our inner being and to our overall life experience.

The I Am Presence affirmations are intended to bring us back to our true selves,

Back to who we're truly meant to be in this lifetime.

You may want to come back and listen to these affirmations often so that they become anchored into your subconscious and anchored into the depths of your soul.

You can listen to the affirmations and you can also choose to repeat the affirmations to yourself either silently or out loud.

Regardless of how you go about it though,

These affirmations will prove to be powerful and potent reminders to your inner being,

To your true authentic self.

Let the affirmations wash over you.

Let them anchor into your psyche and then sit back and observe how you feel.

Go ahead and experiment with them and then witness how your life changes as you engage in a regular practice of working with your I Am Presence affirmations.

So at this time,

Go ahead and find yourself in a comfortable seated or lying down position if you're not already there.

Start to focus now on your natural breath,

Becoming aware of the gentle rise and fall of your belly and your chest as you inhale and then again as you exhale.

There's no need to do anything else except to breathe and then notice how your body naturally settles into a nice rhythm.

Remember,

You may choose to follow along with me and just listen or you may repeat the I Am affirmations.

You'll notice a slight pause between each I Am affirmation and that'll give you the opportunity to repeat them either silently to yourself or out loud if you choose.

Let's begin.

I am abundant.

I am amazing.

I am adored.

I am awakening.

I am balanced.

I am beautiful.

I am blessed.

I am brave.

I am calm.

I am confident.

I am courageous.

I am content.
