Slower exhale out through your mouth.
Move your tongue from the roof of your mouth.
Let the tension out of your jaw and lower your shoulders.
Close your eyes.
You are choosing self-compassion day by day,
Moment by moment.
Instead of perfection,
You celebrate progress.
You recognize that you are valid and valuable just how you are.
This does not change with your productivity.
You are human and this means that you will make mistakes,
But you can forgive yourself as you forgive others.
You have been through a lot,
But you have stayed kind and this is important.
Now open your eyes.
Keep this compassion up,
You beautiful human,
