Good morning.

Thank you for connecting with me this morning.

Take a moment to get comfortable sitting with a strong back and a soft front.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and a long slow exhale out through your mouth,

Really allowing yourself to connect to the rhythm of your breath.

This should feel relaxed and easy.

Close your eyes allowing them to rest gently closed.

This day is brand new and just starting out.

It is full of promise and beauty waiting to be discovered.

Let's set an intention for this day.

As I go about this day,

I will notice all the places where love lives in my life.

Taking a deep breath in,

Breathing towards the edges of yourself,

Exhaling everything comes back to center,

Back to your heart.

I am filled with gratitude for this new day.

I inhale wonder and exhale back to center.

Today I will notice the small things around me that bring me joy,

That fill my heart and inspire my soul.

Inhaling motivation,

Exhaling back to center.

As I go about this day,

I will look for the opportunity to share with others the things about them that I love and that I am grateful for without looking for anything in return.

Inhaling love,

Exhaling back to center.

I am grateful for my ability to notice all aspects of my life and make changes however small when necessary.

Inhaling growth,

Exhaling back to center.

I am filled with humble gratitude for myself and the beauty that I bring to the world.

I feel my strong connection to self and to those around me.

Inhaling connection,

Exhaling back to center.

Today,

I will radiate peace,

Strength and courage and lean into compassionately supporting myself and others.

Inhaling warmth and peace,

Exhaling back to center.

Today,

I will speak kindly to myself and honor all of the beauty in my life.

One final inhale and a long slow exhale coming back to center.

As I end this meditation,

I will begin my day with a feeling of gratitude,

Of connection and of my ability to lean into my intention for the day.

My eyes are open,

My heart is open,

I am ready to greet the day.

Thank you so much for joining me this morning.

I really enjoyed that and I thought the pace was great with a pause in-between breathing in and out. I did miss a bit in the middle and at the end though as the piano became so loud I had to take my headphones off....which spoilt it a little for me. Thankyou πŸ™πŸ’›πŸŒˆπŸ§‘
