Hello there,

This is Myra.

Thank you for joining me for this short practice.

And today I encourage you to get as comfortable as you can.

You can be sitting comfortably or lying down.

Just getting comfortable and gently closing your eyes.

Loosening any clothing.

Taking your glasses off.

And let's start by becoming aware of the breath.

And then just feeling your breath as it comes in,

As it enters with a cool feeling.

And then warming as it gently travels down into your lungs.

Fill your lungs with a deep inhale.

Bringing in energy,

Vitality,

Your life force.

And as you breathe out,

Feel your body releasing any tension.

Any toxin,

Stress.

Or even any negativity that might have gathered.

And just stay with this breath.

Deep,

Even breathing.

Focusing on the feeling of deep peace that this brings in for you.

Witnessing your breath as it comes in.

And then as it leaves.

Allowing you to just drop deeper and deeper with ease.

Into a sense of relaxation.

Letting go of any tensions.

Any physical,

Mental or emotional tensions.

Just letting them go.

You can return to anything you need to after this time.

For right now just let go of everything that doesn't allow you to drop into this wonderful sense of relaxation.

Again focusing on that feeling of deep peace.

Breathing in.

And breathing out.

Feel the energy that's in your body.

You might become aware of a sense of warmth.

Maybe even a bit of a tingling of every cell.

Just continuing to breathe that in.

And then feel the energy that's in the environment around you.

In every part of nature.

And in every living thing.

In your mind's eye and as best as you can just bring all of those energies together and feel them as one.

As you continue to breathe gently and with ease in and out.

Bringing all of this life force energy inside of you and all around you.

And visualize all of that energy shining brightly.

Shining so brightly.

As bright as the sun.

And bring that shining glow of the bright energy up over the crown of your head.

Feeling the warmth there.

And relaxing you more and more.

And then feel it starting to travel down into your body from the top of your head.

That shining glow of bright energy coming down into your body.

Slowly going down into your face and your neck.

Softening,

Relaxing.

Traveling down into your shoulders.

All the way down into your arms right down on into your fingers.

And feel this healing energy and light continuing down.

Going down into your chest.

All the way down to your hips.

Circulating around your hips and then feel it continue.

It's continuing traveling down your legs.

All the way down your legs and then all the way down right to the very tips of your toes.

Continuing with this wonderfully calming healing revitalizing breath in and out.

Your whole body is now filled with divine healing light and energy.

And using your breath you find you can direct that healing light and energy.

Just let that healing energy to completely fill any physical area that needs healing energy.

Any areas of tension or tightness.

Send that healing energy with your breath,

Using your breath maybe into your shoulders or your neck.

Just notice.

These areas will tell you.

They'll ask for it.

Just scan your body from head to toe.

Noticing if any area asks for a little bit more of that healing light and energy.

Just let it completely fill that area.

As you feel it warming,

Healing and expanding throughout that area.

Any related areas.

And just let this healing light to bring peace and healing and calmness to any emotional issues.

Your breathing still calm and even as you bring your awareness to any intentions or desires that you might have.

Just hold the concept of those intentions.

Don't engage with them.

Just hold the concept of these ideas,

Intentions or desires.

Just the idea of them.

As you allow the healing energy to bring your deepest desires to life.

And even your intentions into reality.

Bring peace and harmony into all levels of your being.

Allowing this calmness to permeate.

To permeate your mind,

Body and soul.

Feel your connection to divine energy and light.

Feel this connection.

Feeling this connection to all that is.

Knowing and acknowledging that all is one.

And allow a sense of gratitude for all that you are.

All that you have been.

And all that you will be.

All is well and you have done a wonderful thing for you.

By this short time,

This practice.

Stay with this deep,

Relaxing,

Peaceful feeling.

Stay here as long as you wish.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Now knowing that you can come back to this experience anytime that you wish to and as often as you wish to.

Bringing your awareness back to the sound of my voice.

I invite you to move your fingers and toes.

Move your fingers and toes a little bit.

Move your body a little.

Maybe take a stretch.

If you're lying down,

Turn to your side before sitting up.

If you're sitting in a chair,

You can slowly straighten up in your seat.

And when you're ready,

Gently opening your eyes and taking in the world around you.

All the way back.
