Hello there,
This is Mayra here with a guided meditation experience to help you connect with your higher self.
So I encourage you to just settle into your favorite meditation position.
You can be sitting or lying down.
Just get yourself as comfortable as you can in this moment.
Taking a few deep nurturing breaths all the way down to your belly in and out.
Good,
Again in and out and one more in and out.
Good and just let your breathing settle to your best rhythm,
Allowing each breath to carry away any tensions,
Carry away any obtrusive thoughts.
And with your eyes gently closed,
I'd like you to look up.
Look up onto the screen of your mind,
Just inside the forehead.
So if you're just looking at this screen and imagine a beautiful door.
And then as you open the door and step through,
Perhaps you could imagine yourself even just drifting,
Floating slightly,
Drifting down and down,
Feeling so deliciously relaxed,
Deeper and deeper into the most amazing comfortable feeling you've ever experienced.
And so if you haven't already,
Just open this door,
Drift and float down,
Deeper and deeper,
Down to the very center core of your being.
And for the next few moments,
Just allow yourself to experience a sense of amazing feeling of deep,
Deep connection and relaxation.
There are no problems to solve and where to go,
Nothing for you to do except relax and let go.
So just relax,
Let go and enjoy this amazing feeling of calmness and relaxation.
So in this peace and tranquility,
You can experience a curious sense of anticipation because you're on this journey today to connect to your higher self.
The part of you that knows everything there is to know about you.
Some people call it the intuitive self.
They can even pick up on knowledge of life's experiences simply by tuning in to the universal vibrations and being open to the impressions it receives.
Just stay in this wonderful relaxed space,
Allowing your physical body to really soften and enjoy this relaxation.
And the curious part of yourself can detach,
Ready to explore,
Investigate and check out all the answers to what you'd like to know.
And so bringing your curious self with me,
And looking around,
You can notice a set of stairs,
Set of steps leading down to the room where your higher self is.
It's a beautiful staircase.
The staircase seems to go up and up,
Up into the expanse.
And as you place your foot on the first step,
You feel your body becoming instantly lighter and you start to drift and float up these steps,
Ascending higher and higher.
And on the way up,
You may even notice colors,
Vibrant colors all around you.
The higher you go,
The more comfortable,
Calm and relaxed you become.
Higher and higher than ever,
The more you become.
Higher and higher than ever before.
You're floating gently,
Almost at the top of the stairs,
Up and up.
Just a moment,
You'll be there.
And as you approach the top of the steps,
You find that the colors subside and they're replaced by a pure,
Pure white light.
This pure white light cleanses your soul and it protects you from the light that's there,
And it protects you from any outside influences.
This white light will stay with you,
Will stay with you until you've met your higher self and are ready to come back down these steps.
And now as you reach the top of the stairs,
You arrive at a landing that leads into a hallway.
Your feet are now touching the ground,
But you still feel so,
So very light.
Go down this hallway to a door ahead of you.
Your higher self is waiting for you.
This is the door that leads to your super conscious mind.
It's a sacred place,
And now that you've found where it is,
You'll be able to return whenever you wish.
The door opens for you,
And there sitting on the floor of your super conscious is your higher guide.
Their hands are held open,
Ready to welcome you.
You take your place on the floor just in front of your higher self and hold out your own hands.
As your hands meet,
You can feel the instant connection to your own higher self.
You are now connected to your higher self and you can ask for any guidance or any answers to questions or issues that have been bothering you.
On your mind,
You just formulate and ask your question,
Then pause and listen carefully to any guidance or answers that you receive.
These answers,
They may come in verbal form.
They might come as if they were thought transference,
Just as they were thoughts in your own mind.
They might come as images or feelings,
Or you may even just intuitively know that this is the response you're looking for.
Your higher self offers you guidance and inspiration,
And you feel completely safe and comfortable here.
And tonight I'm going to be quiet and leave you here so you can communicate and be able to hear the same thoughts and experiences that you have had before.
And tonight I'm going to be quiet and leave you here so you can communicate and listen to what your higher self has to share with you.
So,
Now it's time to bid your higher self farewell.
Knowing that this connection and access will become stronger and clearer each and every time,
You repeat this connection exercise.
And so when you're ready,
Leave the room,
Finding yourself back in the corridor of your mind,
Walking towards that set of stairs.
And start to come back down one step at a time.
Coming down until you find yourself floating again down past that white protective healing light into all those beautiful brilliant colors going down and down.
And now you're standing at the bottom of the staircase,
Ready to come back into the everyday everyday world.
But I want you to bring back with you all of the knowledge,
Wisdom,
Insight,
Guidance,
And inspiration that you've received from your own higher self.
Just anchoring that all into you,
Bringing your awareness fully back into your body where you're sitting or you're lying.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
You might want to stretch your body.
Focus on your breathing again.
Taking one more nice deep breath all the way back and when you're ready,
Gently open your eyes,
Looking around you and anchoring fully back into your physical environment.
