Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Find a comfortable and quiet space where you can rest peacefully in meditation.
This place should be safe and provide you protection and spare you from any distractions or interruptions.
Now make yourself comfortable.
Sit down with a tall spine or if you prefer you can lay down.
Begin to relax,
When you feel ready close your eyes and begin to immerse in the peace of this moment.
Begin to feel the serenity that lies within your body.
Now begin to bring your awareness to your breath.
Feel the air flowing in and out of your body.
Your chest and belly gently expand when you inhale and when you exhale they contract.
Breathe naturally at your own pace without forcing anything.
Try to reach a state of deep relaxation with your breath.
Breathing is closely linked to your heart.
Coming your breath first will automatically soothe your heart.
It can lower your heart rate and the use of mindful breathing can also help you in this process.
For that allow yourself to immerse in the following breathing exercise.
Begin by breathing in through your nose slowly deeply and as you inhale visualize a golden light that is filling up the space that is surrounding your heart.
As you exhale through your mouth let the air flow out passively and picture the light,
The golden light expanding to your whole body.
Inhale through your nose,
Fill your heart with the golden light,
Exhale allow the light to expand to your whole body.
Inhale nose,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale,
Inhale,
Exhale.
Now begin to let go of this breathing exercise and slowly focus on your heart space,
On the energy that you find around your heart.
Allow yourself to visualize the light that your breath brought to your heart area,
To your body.
Feel grateful for your heart that is always beating for you.
With full intention and emotional involvement repeat in your mind.

Continue to repeat this mantra a few more times.
Visualize your heart beating at a pace rhythm.
Visualize how it relaxes even more as you continue to breathe in and out.
Now begin to bring the love energy and intention to your body.
Infuse your body,
Every part of your body with the love energy.
Visualize the energy of love branching out from the center of your heart to each part of your body.
Your physical self is a holy temple.
It is the home of your spirit and the perfect vehicle through which you experience life.
The love and appreciation you feel will promote better health and improve your immune system,
Your strength.
And again with full intention and emotional involvement repeat.

Continue to repeat the mantra a few more times.
Now project the light of love that is present in your heart and body to your mind.
In your mind you have your talents,
Your skills,
Wisdom.
There are endless possibilities and potential here.
Deep within yourself you are aware of how immense your mind is and how much there is still to be discovered.
You have come so far and you have always tried to avoid negative experiences and made the best of them.
Your mind has allowed you to do those things.
The love and appreciation you feel each day makes you healthier and more harmonious with yourself,
With your feelings,
Your thoughts,
Your actions.
And with that combined you are creating your life,
Your amazing life.
Confuse love energy and intention into your mind,
Acknowledging all your higher and good qualities,
Expressing gratitude and appreciation for it.
And again with emotional involvement and intention repeat.

Now visualize yourself as you are.
Imagine that you are in front of a mirror and you can see your reflection there.

Look at yourself and realize this.
Any project,
Idea,
Commitment,
Anything that you desire,
You can do.
Because you really can accomplish anything.
You deserve it.
You deserve the life that you always dreamed up.
Now once more with full intention and emotional involvement repeat.

Now you are covered with light,
The light of love.
Your whole entire self is covered with it.
You have immersed yourself in this moment of love,
Compassion for yourself.
Know that you can accomplish anything that you want.
Know that you have what it takes to do so.
Now begin to come back by breathing deeply.
Taking one deep inhale and exhale fully.
Begin to bring yourself back into space,
Back into your body.
Begin to listen for any sounds that are,
That might be around you.
And when you are ready,
Open your eyes.
May you feel love for yourself.
May you have compassion towards yourself.
May you be always grateful for yourself.
