Sit or lay in silence.
Close your eyes or keep them open.
Begin to bring your awareness inward and place a hand on your belly right on top of your navel or what I like to call the center.
Now relax the space between your eyebrows.
Relax your jaw.
Relax your shoulders.
Relax your torso,
Your arms,
Your legs,
Your feet.
And breathe deeply.
Breathe in and out.
Can you hear the silence?
Or is your mind talking to you?
What is it telling you?
Is your body feeling any sensations?
What are these telling you?
Listen and feel for a moment.
Onions Acknowledge what your mind and body are telling you and then let it go.
Let go of whatever is weighing you down.
Now take this opportunity to feel your mind and your body with positivity.
To accomplish this,
Say the following mantras in your mind and feel them in your body.
To help feel the mantras in your body,
Think of a time when you experience the specific feeling that each mantra suggests.
Let that feeling originate from your navel and as you breathe in and out,
Let it reach every part of your body.
For example,
Say these words in your mind,
I am peace.
Then bring your attention to your center and feel peace from within.
Revive moments when you felt at peace and let that feeling span throughout your entire body.
Let's begin.
I am abundance.
I am love.
I am unity.
I am bliss.
I am serenity.
I am calmness.
I am happiness.
I am happiness.
I am happiness.
I am pure energy.
I am pure energy.
I am sunlight.
I am sunlight.
Let that warmth of the sunlight settle in your body.
Notice if there is any difference in your body.
What is your mind telling you now?
How is your body feeling?
Listen to the message the universe wants you to hear today.
Begin to bring your awareness outwards.
Listen for the sounds around you.
And if your eyes were closed in your own time,
Slowly open them.
And go about your day with a message of positivity to everyone that you encounter today.
And keep the warmth of sunlight in your mind and in your body.
