Welcome to this guided meditation.
Before we begin,
Find a very comfy spot,
Whether at home,
In nature or wherever you feel drawn to.
Look for a quiet and tranquil atmosphere that could allow you to relax and meditate for the next 10 minutes or so.
Now let go of all the stress and worries of the day.
Breathe in and breathe out.
Breathe in and out.
Letting all the tension melt and all the strain dissolve and be spelt with the air you exhale.
Close your eyes and ease your body in the most comfortable position,
Whether sitting down or lying on your back.
Feel the weight of your body pressed gently on the surface you're resting upon and sense your muscles release all the tension.
Inhaling through your nose,
Exhaling through your mouth.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale,
Exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Love is the flame at the very core of every kind of relationship.
But the first relationship we must take care of is the one that we have with ourselves.
The love you feel for yourself is the very same energy that will create more positive and deeper relationships with others.
So now visualize yourself in our beautiful landscape.
Walking on a soft grassy meadow,
You are surrounded by tall and ancient trees.
You feel so at peace here as if you belong in this gorgeous place.
Now picture your heart radiating a warm and powerful light,
Getting stronger and far-reaching with every breath you take.
This light bathes the environment with the love and tension you feel within you.
And as this sacred energy touches the creatures populating this luxurious Eden,
More light is emitted by them towards you.
Feel the love filling up your inwardness through this sacred exchange of benevolent energy.
As you walk,
Basking in this blissful state,
You begin to let go of all the things that burden your soul.
Regrets,
Mistakes,
Missed opportunities,
Anything that's not supporting you in your evolution,
Just let them go.
But remember,
You have learned so much from all those experiences.
From that,
You became a better person and you know you are committed to improving yourself.
But now it is time to let go of all the negative aspects of the path you took.
You think,
Feel and act on love.
There is no bad intentions in what you do.
Love yourself fully and do not apologize.
You are talented,
Bright and loving.
You are a good listener.
Your wisdom can be of great help for the people around you.
Love your body.
Take care of it as much as you take care of your wonderful soul.
Step by step through this luxurious nature,
You begin to see familiar faces.
Family members,
Friends,
Loved ones and there are other people that you haven't met yet.
They all seem so joyful and at peace within this environment that you are in.
Their faces lit up in a loving smile when they see you.
They love you so much and they love you just the way you are,
Without judgment.
Their hearts radiate much light when you get close to them,
Even all those people that you have not met.
All of your hearts are connected with the strings of light,
Bringing feelings of love,
Understanding,
Affection and respect.
You feel this profound connection that starts to reach down to your very core,
Bringing you joy and bliss.
Now as you inhale through your nose,
Visualize a vibrant light pouring into your heart from the people that are around you,
Expanding the sense of love,
Understanding and connection you perceive with such intensity in you.
As you exhale through your mouth,
Visualize a beautiful warm light flow from your heart towards all the people you love,
Respect and care for,
Even those that you haven't met.
Keep visualizing this scene,
Feel it,
Be present with all the sweet sensations that it brings in you.
When you feel ready,
Gently turn your focus from the visualization to your physical presence.
Focus on your natural breath,
The sensations of your body,
The touch of the clothes on your skin and then very gently begin to open your eyes gradually allowing your eyes to adapt to the light.
Hold on to the sensation of love,
The understanding and the empathy that you felt during this meditation.
Base your intentions and actions on them,
Being open and loving as you trace your path in life.
Remember the love you feel deep within you is the love you can give and the love you will receive.
