Hello welcome to this guided meditation.

Today we'll be doing a very short breathing meditation.

So find a place where you can feel comfortable and at ease.

It could be at your office,

At your house or in nature.

Allow yourself to sit down or you can lay down for this breathing exercise.

Allow your shoulders to relax.

If you're seated,

Sit nice and tall with your spine stacked.

Begin to relax the muscles of your body.

Sense your energy.

Notice your breath.

Taking a nice deep inhale through the nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Doing this one more time.

Inhale through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

Now allow your eyes to gently close.

Have your mouth close so that your lips are gently touching each other and begin to take a slow inhale through your nose that lasts for the count of three and hold for one second and slowly exhale through your nose for the count of three.

Inhale one two three hold exhale one two three inhale one two three hold exhale one two three inhale one two three hold exhale one two three.

Continue to repeat this breathing pattern a few more times on your own.

Begin to release this exercise.

Notice your body's energy now.

Is there any difference from when you started this meditation to how you feel now?

Take a nice deep inhale and as you exhale allow your eyes to open.

Namaste.
