Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes if desired.

Take some deep breaths and feel in the now.

You can accomplish this by paying attention to your breath.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

As you continue to breathe normally,

Begin to imagine that your body is immune to everything.

Immune to viruses,

Immune to fear,

Immune to anxiety and immune to any negativity.

Repeat in your mind the words,

I am immune.

I am immune.

I am immune.

I am immune.

I am immune.

Now release the mantra,

I am immune.

Feel your body empowered,

Strong and protected.

With each breath you take,

Know you are impervious to any virus.

With each breath you take,

Know that you are impervious to negativity from others.

With each breath you take,

Know that any doubts in your mind are dissolving.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

And now repeat after me.

May I be protected.

May I be healthy.

May I be at peace.

May all beings be protected.

May all beings be healthy.

May all beings be at peace.

Know that you and all beings are protected,

Healthy,

At peace.

When you are ready,

Slowly open your eyes and feel your body strong,

Ready to go about your day,

Filled with joy,

Immunity and at peace.

With this individual immunity meditation,

We protect and heal within ourselves first and then collectively we put our energy into helping others remain safe and healthy.

I loved it, great way to end or start the day. Honestly, with all that’s happening having a positive mindset about it is the best way to maintain your sanity. This meditation can help you change what you think through the day and and help your body responde different to whatever crosses your way😊
