Good morning and welcome to this short affirmation meditation for today.
Affirmations are a great way to start your day as you are speaking not only to your conscious mind but also directly to your subconscious mind as well.
These affirmations can set a more positive mindset and help you bring you closer to fulfilling your desires.
Any place where you can dedicate yourself to this practice.
You can do this at home,
At the office or any place you find yourself.
You can do it lying down or sitting up.
Begin with three deep breaths.
As you inhale,
Pay attention to your lower belly.
Feel the air coming in,
In through your nostrils.
As you exhale,
Feel how your belly tucks in and feel the air leaving your nose.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Allow your body to relax and let go of anything that is in your mind that does not serve you in this moment.
Continue to inhale and exhale.
And then allow your breath to normalize as you turn your attention to the following affirmations.
You may repeat those affirmations either out loud or inwardly.
Let's begin.
I am grateful for the new day.
I accept,
Embrace and surrender to whatever comes to me as it is.
I accept the positive and the negative that comes to me in perfect balance.
