Welcome to this meditation where I'm going to guide you to meet with Your big fear.
In the name of helping set you free.
You don't need to let fear hold you captive in any way in your life.
Fear is not something that needs to guide or dictate your life.
And often it can be,
And often this can be happening at a subconscious level.
So today we're going to help you meet.
With your big fear and help you anchor yourself and become comfortable in meeting with it so that it's no longer something that owns you,
So that you feel sovereign in yourself as you guide your life forward,
Fully free and fully you.

And my name is Victoria Bauman.
And this is the work that I do.
This really deep work,
Not shying away from anything,
Going all the way in.
And in that way,
Finding our deepest sources of power inside of ourselves.
I do this work because each of us is worthy of this freedom.
We're worthy of this life.
And I also do this work because as each of us sets ourselves free individually,
This is what naturally creates a beautiful,
Harmonious world for us all.

So I invite you to close your eyes.
Feeling this.
Beautiful intimacy of closing your eyes.
Here you are,
Meeting with you.
And yes,
There might be a voice outside of you that's guiding this meditation.
But this is you.
Meeting with you.
Feeling the beauty of this and the intimacy of this.
With your eyes closed here.
Taking some breaths in and out.
Feeling yourself in your body,
Your beautiful body.
As you're inhaling,
Maybe feeling your chest and belly opening.
And as you're exhaling,
Maybe feeling your chest and belly softening.
By feeling these physical sensations as you're breathing.
Feeling yourself rooted and anchored in your physical body.
Here you are.
Rooted and safe.
Right here in this present moment.
And as we go inwards today.
Feeling how held you are by universal love.
You are a child of great spirit.
You are a child of God.
You are a child of universal love.
Whatever languaging you might use.
Feeling the reality of this.
That it's only love that is real.
Everything parading as not love is just an illusion.
Love itself cannot be threatened,
And love is what you truly are.
Breathing in and out and feeling the reality of this.
No matter what you might explore within yourself,
No matter what you might meet with within yourself.
Cannot.
Touch you in your true essence.
It simply can't.
As you breathe in and out,
Feeling the safety of this.
And the deep rootedness of this.
I'm continuing to Anchor in and root yourself in.
I invite you here to see yourself in a place where you feel safe.
Seeing yourself in a place where you feel so safe.
Just letting whatever image.

That comes to mind,
Come to mind and seeing yourself in that place.
Maybe you see yourself in nature.
By a huge tree.
Or by a body of water.
Maybe somebody that you love very much and feel loved by is in the space with you.
Where do you feel most?
Existentially safe.
What helps you to feel most existentially safe?
Bringing yourself into that place now.
Maybe there's a spiritual master that you.

.
Resonate with.
Calling them into this space with you.
Giving yourself whatever you need.
To feel as physically and existentially safe.
As you can.
You are allowed to feel fully safe.
Feeling yourself rooted here.
Feeling your body relax Nothing can touch you.
Taking a few exhales here where you feel this safety in your system.
If there was any frenetic energy.
Any chaotic energy,
Taking a few exhales and just letting that move out.
Ahhhhhhhhh Ah.
Hmm.
Seeing a pillar from the earth.
Moving up through your body.
Seeing this pillar glowing,
Perhaps you see a specific color.
Feeling how rooted and safe you are.
You are not just floating through this human experience randomly.
You are connected to the earth.
You are rooted in truth.
Feeling this.
Tangibly in your system right now.
Feeling your spine straight and strong.
You have a backbone.
You are not just flimsy,
Flopping through your human experience.
You have a backbone that is anchoring you right down into the earth.
And right up.
Into great spirit.
Feeling this in your system.
And from this place of safety,
You I invite you to call into your awareness.
Of fear.
That is dancing with you in your life.
Bringing to the table of fear.
That feels like it's taking up space in your life.
Maybe it's a fear.
Of what could happen.
Maybe it's a fear.
That has to do with your physical body.
Maybe it's a fear that has to do with.

Another person or other people.
Maybe it's a fear that has to do with.
.
.
Your expression.
Your work.
Bringing into your awareness a fear that is currently taking up space in your life.
And letting yourself say,
Bye there.
In your mind or out loud.
This is fear.
This is fear.
And you're just saying it in a very matter-of-fact way.
Not in a way that holds any tension or apprehension.
You're just saying,
Oh.
This is what fear feels like.
As if,
If you were a soul,
That hadn't yet incarnated and you are wondering I wonder what fear feels like.
Humans talk about fear a lot.
I wonder what it feels like.
Then you came down into your incarnation and you went,
Oh,
This is what fear feels like.
Is fear.
Letting yourself acknowledge fear in this very uncharged matter-of-fact way with this specific fear that you've brought to mind.
And as you're acknowledging,
Oh,
This is the experience of fear.
Taking a moment to acknowledge any physical sensations that tend to come.
With the experience of fear for you Maybe there are physical sensations.
Maybe there's an energetic sensation.
Maybe you feel a pulsing or a.
.
.
And ungrounded hanging energy in your system.
Maybe you notice that your mind starts to move very rapidly.
Just taking note of these cues of the experience of fear,
Going,
Oh,
This is what my body does.
This is what my mind does.
This is what my energy field does.
Oh,
This is the experience of fear.
Lighting yourself.
Acknowledge each aspect of it.
And as you're acknowledging each aspect of it,
Feeling yourself.

Rooted.
You're tethered.
So as you're acknowledging each aspect of how fear feels for you,
You're not becoming lost in it.
Your experiencing it while being tethered so you might go oh this is what knots in my belly feel like.
This is what a racing heart feels like.
This is what a fast-paced mind feels like.
You're acknowledging them.
You can feel them.
But at no point do you need to go,
Oh my goodness,
I'm not me anymore.
I'm only fear.
I'm only made up of these sensations.
I'm nothing else.
At no point do you need to lose yourself in it.
Feeling how you are tethered you can acknowledge these different felt,
Sensed aspects of fear while being tethered in you.
In an eternal sense of safety.
Oh,
This is fear.
And that's all it is.
It's not a monster.
It's not a super powered thing.
It's not a god.
It's just fear.
It's just fear.
That's all it is.
It's just one Small.
Experiential aspect the human experience.
That's all it is.
It's just fear.
Even though it comes with these multifaceted sensory experiences,
It's still just fear.
Breathing in and out.
Maybe seeing.
The fear itself.
Shrinking a little bit as you acknowledge this.
Like any.

Extra charge it might have had around it's just losing its charge.
You can just see it.
Oh,
It's fear.
And as the fear shrinks in that way,
Feeling yourself here.
Rooted.
See?
Powerful.
Not a power that you need to exert over anything.
Just a natural power that rises up because you are eternally safe.
It's just a natural power You're a child of great spirit.
You're a child of divine love.
So you have this natural power welling up.
Within you.
From this rootedness,
This safety.
We're going to keep meeting with your fear now.
It's just fear.
We're going to keep exploring it.
What I invite you to do here now is to Picture yourself leaning towards the fear.
If your whole life You were taught to lean away from it.
Feel yourself leaning towards the fear.
And you're just leaning towards it curiously.
This has been such a big part of your human experience,
You're curious about it.
What is this thing?
It takes up so much space in my experience of reality.
So just feeling yourself.
Leaning towards the fear.
And it's almost like you're meeting with it.
You can even speak to it.
You can say,
Hey,
Fear.
Hello.
You can say,
I see you.
And fully aware of you.
You're just in this space with it,
Meeting with it.
And I invite you to acknowledge here that the fear itself also wants to be set free.
The fear is locked in its own cage.
The fear itself also wants to be set free.
The fear is not an enemy.
Not trying to work against you.
It also wants to be set free,
Just doesn't know how.
Breathing in and out.
As you're leaning into this fear,
Feeling yourself rooted and safe.
And feel yourself asking the fear here.
What do you need?
What are you looking for?
Sweetly,
Gently,
Curiously asking your fear this question.
What do you need?
What are you looking for?
And seeing what your fear says.
Maybe it says something like,
I just want to feel safe.
Or I just want to love myself with no end.
Asking your fear what it's actually desiring and seeing what it says to you.
And with whatever it's shared with you.
Maybe you're sensing it quite clearly or maybe you're just getting tidbits of it.
That's okay.
But with whatever you've received from it,
Just taking a moment to acknowledge that.
That behind this big,
Scary,
Gnarly fear all along was just this innocent desire that it had.
The innocent desire for some form of safety,
Some form of connection.
Some form of love.
Acknowledging that it was never a scary monster.
Just has this desire,
This need.
And I invite you right now in this moment to call upon your capacity to give this to yourself.
Whatever has been at the core of this fear,
Whatever it's truly asking for,
Calling upon your capacity right now to give this to yourself.
If it's love.
Giving yourself this love.
The sweetness of loving yourself to your core.
The power of this self-love that can't be touched.
Because there's no flaw,
No.

.
Imperfection,
No mistake.
That could ever be out of the bounds of this love.
The love you have for yourself envelops all of you.
If it's love your fear has been asking for,
Giving this to yourself.
If it's safety your fear has been asking for,
Crawling in this safety.
Feeling how worthy you are of this safety.
Feeling yourself.
Root so deep that nothing could ever touch you.
Feeling yourself held.
In a bubble of eternal safety.
The safest feeling you could ever imagine,
Letting it be here in your system fully.
Whatever your fear was asking for,
Letting yourself give it to you now.
From this place of giving this to yourself,
Checking in with that fear again,
How is it feeling?
Has it received a little bit of what it's been asking for?
Does it feel like its edges are dissolving?
Just meeting with this fear again and sensing.
How it's feeling right now in your system.
You And it's okay if.

The roots of the fear.
Feel like they have a bit of your hold on your system,
That's okay.
If this has been taking up space in your life for a long time,
It's okay to take a little bit of time to work with it.
It doesn't need to all happen in one moment.
Just feeling your capacity to work with your fear.
Fear does not own you.
The fear does not own you.
Now I invite you to feel that you've worked with this specific fear completely.
You've worked with it,
You've met with it over some time.
And it doesn't hold any charge anymore.
You gave that fear everything it needed.
And it dissolves.
That fear is not taking up space in your life anymore.
So much so that when you think about it,
You go,
Oh,
Yeah.
Remember when I felt fear around that thing?
Huh.
Don't feel that anymore.
Letting yourself picture and feel a reality where you are fully free from this fear.
Where you and this fear have been set free,
Letting yourself picture that reality.
You What would it be like?
What would it be like if that fear was no longer in your life?
What would your life feel like and look like?
How would you feel in yourself when you wake up in the morning?
What would you be doing with your day?
You are allowed to feel that safe,
That rooted,
That powerful in yourself.
Now taking some breaths in and out.
Rooting even deeper in yourself.
Feeling yourself rooted in safety and in love.
Feeling your capacity to.
.
.
Meet with and work with and help set free any fear.
That might ever present itself in your life.
From this rootedness,
From this safety.
From this power.
When you feel ready.
Opening your eyes.
Feeling that straightness in your spine,
Feeling your power here.
And feeling your heart open.
You don't need to brace yourself and close down and plow through fears.
You can open your heart.
You can move through fear in a way where you're setting everything free.
It's not you against anything.
It's you.
Helping open everything into freedom.
Know that you have the capacity to meet with and work with and set free any fear.
That might be present in your life.
No fear needs to hold you captive.
No fear needs to hold you in a cage,
No matter how strong it feels.
You can meet with it and you can set it free.
And in doing so,
Set yourself free.

And know that you have everything you need to walk your path forward and be fully you in this world.
