Vicky Walduck

Vicky has been a teacher and meditator for many years and is dedicated to living a mindful life and bringing the benefits of this to others. Her mindfulness masters thesis investigated attention and mindfulness and other areas of expertise include nutrition, depression and the cognitive neuroscience of mindfulness. Please feel free to email her if you have any questions and inquire how mindfulness may be of benefit to you. All classes are kept small and are held on a 'not for profit' basis, some on the principle of Dana (donation only). Vicky is also a Listening Volunteer with the Samaritans and member of the BCVS (Bournemouth Council for Voluntary Service).

Very enjoyable and relaxing. Would appreciate some music to distract from other background sounds and a final bell though
