Welcome to this guided meditation,
Manifesting a new you.
Sit or lie down in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and become aware of your body and your breath.
Take a few deep breaths,
Breathing through your nose and use your exhalation to let go of any tension.
If any thoughts arise,
That's okay,
Just ignore them.
Don't engage with them.
Keep focusing on your breath and they will go.
Visualize how your body relaxes more and more and more with each breath.
Now visualize yourself at the beginning of a path.
It's a long path,
You can't see the end of it.
There are trees on both sides of the path.
Take a few deep breaths while you energize yourself.
With each inhale,
Breathing power and motivation,
Breathing the beautiful energy of the trees.
When you exhale,
Breathe out any tension,
Anything that is no longer serving you.
Now visualize that empowered,
Confident,
Fulfilled and successful new you,
The woman you want to become.
Visualize your goals,
Whatever you want to manifest in your life.
Now start walking along the path,
Visualizing that with every step you're getting closer to your new life,
To the new version of yourself.
Really visualize yourself in your new life,
Like it's already happened.
How are you feeling?
What are you doing?
How is life for you?
What values are present in your life?
Visualize your goals,
Your new life,
Your new you while you keep walking along the path.
Keep walking and visualize yourself stepping into your power,
Into the best version of yourself with every step.
Visualize yourself stepping into your new life,
Stepping into the new you.
You feel love,
Joy and power filling your whole body with every step you take.
Now you see that the path is coming to an end.
It leads to a beautiful meadow.
It's a warm,
Sunny day.
The sky is blue.
You sit down on the green grass and place your hands on your heart.
You feel an immense wave of gratitude filling your whole body.
You feel grateful for your new life.
You feel grateful for your new you.
When you're ready,
Bring your attention back to your body,
To your hands,
Your fingers,
Your feet.
You start moving them slowly,
Very slowly.
Take a deep stretch and bring your awareness back to the room you're in.
And when you're ready,
You can open your eyes.
