This is an Integrative Wisdom Kid Zone moment. It is made for kids as they prepare to go on a long car ride. It's one way to keep them engaged and entertained. And it's fun for the adults, too. This "singalong" started over 25 years ago when our grandkids would come along on vacation with us. Each year we would add a line. It's fun to say the last couple of lines were added by our great-grandkids. I am happy to share this with the Insight Timer community!

Hello and welcome to Integrative Wisdom's Kids Zone. What follows is a great way to start your trip with the kids. We want to get everybody excited for the trip. We want to get ready to go and sometimes that's just so hard to do. But this is a fun way to get everybody on the same page all buckled in and ready to hit the road. So pay attention. You got to listen carefully because you're gonna want to repeat it. Maybe several times even. Alright here we go. Ready, Get set, And go. One, Two, Three, Two, One, Contact coffee. Holy schmoly here we go to outside space. Woogity, Woogity, Woogity. What is it good for? Absolutely nothing on this road trip. Skittle, Chat, And roo. Baby zombies at the zoo. Run, Run, Run.
