Find a comfortable place,
Sit down,
Keep your back straight,
Place your palms on your lap facing upwards,
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Let your eyelids close.
Breathe in once again deeply,
Hold and exhale completely.
One last time,
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,
Exhale with a sigh,
Let it all go.
Now allow your breath to return to normal,
Just observe it,
How it feels as the breath enters your nostrils and how it becomes warm as you breathe it out through your nostrils.
Keep focusing on the temperature inside your nose as you breathe.
Now picture roots,
Thick,
Maybe golden roots of light going down from your feet,
From your tailbone,
Down,
Down,
Down from the lower part of your body into the earth,
Deeper and deeper,
Growing stronger,
Wider,
Touching the golden core of the earth and wrapping themselves all around it,
Like a hug.
Now picture this beautiful grounding energy of the earth,
Of creativity and unconditional love from mother earth,
Coming up through the roots,
Up,
Up,
Up and entering you through your legs,
Coming up through your waist,
Your pelvis,
Your torso,
Filling up your entire back,
Down your arms,
Your neck,
Your face and your head,
This golden,
Warm,
Safe glow filling you completely and then shooting out as a bright,
Shining,
Golden,
White light out through your head,
Through the crown and going up into the cosmos.
These strands of shining light going out through you,
Higher and higher,
Out through the sky,
Out of the earth's atmosphere,
Touching the center of the universe.
The moment it touches the center,
Beautiful cosmic energy of love,
Light and creativity flows down to you,
Down through the strands,
Flowing into you,
Through the crown of your head,
Through your face,
Your neck,
Down your shoulders and arms and hands,
Down,
Down,
Down through your torso,
Your stomach,
Your pelvis,
Your thighs,
Your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes,
Filling you completely and flowing down through the roots to touch the heart of mother earth.
You are a channel tapped into the source in the earth and the cosmos.
You're fully grounded into the present,
Just allowing the energy to flow up and down through you,
From the core of the earth to the cosmos and the center of the universe to back through you to the core of the earth again.
There is nothing but a deep sense of well-being,
Connection,
Safety,
Stillness,
Peace and love.
Now tell yourself,
All is well,
All is well,
All is well,
I am the source of infinite well-being,
I am the source of infinite well-being,
I am the source of infinite well-being.
I'm always tapped in to the love and guidance of the highest truth.

Now as you sense the stillness within you,
This deep connection,
Record this feeling,
Remember it,
Save it away in a treasure chest inside you.
All you need to do is remember that you can feel this way,
You can feel this deep sense of well-being.
That's it.
And the next time you feel low or if you have a sense of existential crisis,
You feel a lack of purpose,
A sense of pointlessness or anxiety,
Helplessness,
Anything that's bringing you down,
Making you feel low,
When you feel that next time,
Just remember this feeling of well-being.
Tell yourself,
I can feel this way,
This deep sense of well-being.
We'll come back.
Whatever I'm feeling right now,
It'll pass.
It's not permanent,
It's only temporary.
These feelings will pass and I will feel a sense of deep well-being,
Stillness and connection again.
Whenever you're ready,
Take a deep breath in.
As you breathe out,
Rub your palms together.
Gently place them over your eyes,
Feel the warmth.
And as you move your palms away,
Slowly and gently blink open your eyes.
