A fun, creative, meditative activity to attract all the things you deserve into your life. It's a combination of writing, doodling, visualisation, and feeling. You'll need a notebook, a bunch of colourful pens, and a quiet, comfortable place to do this exercise.

This is a meditation for creative manifestation.

It's a journaling exercise.

You need about 10-15 minutes of time where you can sit quietly and write without being disturbed.

Take a book and pen.

A sheet of paper will do too but a book is good for this because then you can maintain this as a journal and keep doing all these creative manifestation writings.

So if you can keep a book just for this that would be great.

You can pause this recording and keep everything ready and then play it again.

On the top of a fresh clean sheet of paper,

In large letters write,

I am deserving.

Let the letters be large,

Bold.

Let these words pop out to you when you open to this page every time.

I am deserving.

Now close your eyes and think of all the things,

All the feelings that you desire,

That you want to manifest into your life.

It could be money,

Travel,

Friendship,

Love,

Happiness,

Peace,

All these things.

Whatever things you want.

It could be a material desire,

It could be a spiritual,

Emotional,

Mental.

The desire can be anything.

Just think of different things that you desire,

That you want to bring into your life.

Now open your eyes and start listing all these that you thought of onto the page.

You can write them as a list one below the other or you can randomly write them as words.

Just use the entire page and write them here and there.

It's totally your wish how you'd like to design this,

How you'd like to write this.

Just list at least five to six things,

Maybe even up to 10 things or more that you want in your life.

And as you write them,

Deeply believe in your heart that you deserve them.

Deeply know in your heart that you deserve all these things that you want.

Everything,

Everything that you desire is your birthright.

This is why you have taken this human form on this earth so that you can attract and enjoy all these things.

You are welcome to decorate these words and doodle around them,

Draw around them,

Put any beautiful designs around them,

They could be abstract or random or they could be things like flowers,

Butterflies,

Sun,

Anything at all.

Just have fun and decorate this page with all these drawings.

You can pause the recording if you like and finish decorating the page and then come back again to it.

Now look at your handiwork,

Look at the page,

You know,

Looking at it and reading all these words.

What kind of feelings does that bring up for you?

Does it bring joy?

Picture yourself enjoying,

Picture yourself experiencing all these different things,

All these different desires that you have listed here and feel what you'd be feeling when these are in your life.

Now turn to a fresh clean page and on top in large beautiful bold letters write,

I am grateful.

Or you can even write,

I am thankful.

Now keep your pen aside,

Close your eyes and think of all the wonderful things in your life,

All the things that you have been graced with,

Blessed with.

It could be something small,

It could be something big.

Right now in this moment,

What are all the things in your life that you're grateful for?

Make a list of at least five or six of them.

Think of them,

Could be family,

It could be the roof over your head,

The food that you get to eat,

It could be access to the internet for being able to even access this meditation,

Anything at all from small to big.

Just think of things that you're grateful for.

It could be as few or as many as you like.

Now open your eyes and start listing these down.

Again,

You can write them neatly as a list or randomly all over the page here and there as words,

As feelings,

As thoughts.

And in the middle of writing this list,

Go back to the previous page and pick a few of those desires and write those down on your gratitude page.

Let that feeling merge,

The gratitude,

The deep gratitude that you're feeling for what you already have in your life.

Let that feeling flow over onto these things that you desire as if they are already in your life and you are feeling deeply grateful for them.

It's totally up to you whether you want to write all the things from your previous list into this one or a few of them,

But put them in the middle,

Mix them up with the things that are in your life that you're grateful for and feel the same gratitude for all of them together.

You can pause the recording and continue this for a while and then come back.

Be creative and decorate this page again with any doodles,

Any drawings,

Designs,

Anything that makes you happy,

Joyful,

Happy things,

Symbols of love and abundance and peace and joy and nature and happiness.

Just doodle all over this page,

Decorate all the words any way that you like.

And once you're done with it,

Just spend some time looking at it,

Admiring it and feeling those feelings of gratitude.

You can even read them out loudly.

I am grateful for or I am thankful for this,

This,

This,

You know,

With each each thing.

Just repeat the line.

I am thankful for,

I am grateful for and then just read what you're grateful for,

Your desires and keep coming back randomly throughout the day whenever you feel like,

Even over the next few days,

Whenever you feel like,

Just come back and look at this page and feel those feelings of joy and happiness.

And you can repeat this activity as many times as you like,

Whenever you like.

Just be in the process,

Be involved.

Even if you spend five minutes a day doing this,

You know,

In a small page with just a few words,

It's still going to pay off big time.
