Take care to sit or lie down comfortably.

Support the spine in a neutral alignment.

When you feel ready,

Feel soft in the gaze or close the eyes.

Breathe in and out of the nose,

Settling into your belly breath or your full deep breath.

On every inhale,

Internally repeat your affirmation.

On every exhale,

Release anything that no longer serves you.

On the inhale,

Repeat your affirmation in your mind.

On your exhale,

Release whatever you're ready to let go of.

The inhale,

Your affirmation.

The exhale,

Letting go.

On the exhale,

Internally repeat your affirmation.

The exhale,

Release anything that no longer serves you.

Let it go.

See if you can begin to feel your affirmation as your truth.

Feel your affirmation throughout your entire body.

Feel your affirmation resonate through your entire being.

Feel yourself embrace this affirmation that you've chosen.

It resonates throughout your entire being with every inhale.

Stay with it.

Feel it.

Take a few more breaths.

With your exhale,

Release the meditation.

Let it go.

Open the eyes.
