Your higher self is a higher aspect of your consciousness.
It sits within the divine and oversees your entire life and is aware on a superconscious level of all that is occurring within the great divine plan.

Clarity,
Support and ultimately love for your journey in the way that only your higher self can provide.

Beginning with your breath,
Inviting you to take a deep inhale and as you breathe out,
Releasing,
Unwinding,
Letting go.
Using your breath to invite your consciousness to be here.
Deep breath in,
Deep breath out.
Having the intention of centering,
Arriving.
Just being aware of your thoughts,
Your feelings,
Letting go of whatever it was you were doing prior to this session.
Just being aware if thoughts emerge,
Allowing them,
Allowing the mind to be whatever it is in this moment.
And as we relax the pressure around needing the mind to be any more than it is,
It too is given the space to relax.
Deep breath in,

With your next breath,
Breathing into your heart chakra in the middle of your chest,
Visualizing a beautiful ball of radiant light.
This light spreading across your chest and moving up and down your body,
Down your legs,
Down your arms,
Into your head.
As we center from the heart,
I'd like you now to tune into your soul presence.
And simply by hearing those words,
Your soul presence is invited to the forefront of your consciousness.
Tuning into the eternity within,
This ancient,
Timeless part of you that is you,
That is experiencing you through you.
Surrendering to the mystery that is the soul.
Taking a deep breath in,

I'd like you to take awareness now to your chakras as we open up the chakras one by one to open up your energy body.
Taking awareness to your root chakra at the base of your spine.
Breathing in,
Visualizing a beautiful ball of radiant light as this chakra opens,
Glows,
Expands.
Moving up towards your sacral chakra,
Breathing in,
Feeling it glow,
Grow and expand.
Moving up to your solar plexus chakra,
Breathing in,
Feeling it glow,
Grow,
Expand.
Moving up to your heart chakra in the center of your chest,
Of your chest,
Breathing in,
Feeling it glow,
Grow,
Expand.
Moving up to your throat chakra,
Breathing in,
Feeling it glow,
Grow and expand.
Moving up to your third eye chakra,
Breathing in,
Feeling it glow,
Grow,
Expand.
And moving up to your crown chakra,
The thousand petal lotus,
Feeling it glow,
Grow and expand.
Here feeling your root chakra naturally reaching down into the earth,
Rooting,
Anchoring within the earth.
And with your next breath,
Breathing up from mother earth into your body,
Feeling all of your chakras anchored.
As we take awareness to a ball of light just above your crown,
Representing your soul star chakra,
Connected to universal consciousness,
Divine light as it pours down this sacred light down through your crown and each of your chakras,
Filling up your body,
Filling up your consciousness.
As you take a deep,
Deep breath in and breathing out,
Honoring this beautiful open connection you have.
As you take awareness to your energy body,
Feeling a beautiful mystical light begin to gently shimmer down from the heavens,
Creating this sacred cocoon of energy that you are contained within,
Safe,
Protected,
Held by the divine.
And here we take our awareness as you begin to move up through your chakras,
Through your crown,
Feeling yourself lifting up,
Moving up through your soul star chakra,
As you find yourself landing within the high realms of consciousness.
As you look around you,
You see an incredible scene of majestic cathedrals,
Of crystalline light.
As you look down upon the grass,
There are flowers and colors here beyond the visual spectrum.
There is a consciousness within the nature here that seems to communicate with you,
To sing and gently wave with a melody that emanates from all around you.
You notice there is a glowing path winding ahead of you.
You can sense this path is calling you.
As you begin to take each step along the path,
You feel a growing sense of familiarity.
There is mystical light that is shimmering all around you and a feeling of home.
The path leads you towards a magnificent dome in the center of this beautiful realm.
As you enter this dome,
You recognize this place is incredibly sacred.
At the top of this dome is a great supreme light that seems to be emanating light,
Color,
Vibration,
Frequency,
And energy.
As you enter,
You feel that you are recognized by this light and you are immediately filled with the embrace of a supreme parental energy.
This light knows you more than any other.
It is your higher self.
It loves you unconditionally,
Cares for you endlessly,
Has felt every emotion you have felt,
Laughed with you,
Cried with you,
Experienced with you.
As you feel the energetic embrace of your higher self,
Sense the profound wisdom of this presence.
It sees far and wide all of your lifetimes,
All of your possibilities.
Your higher self sits in the presence of Source.
It is directly connected to the divine.
Your higher self now invites you to receive its healing presence as gentle white light begins to shimmer and shower all around you.
Feel its soft light soften your entire being,
Naturally opening your heart and relaxing you to allow yourself to surrender.
Its light completely surrounds you,
Holding you,
Each breath,
Allowing yourself to let go,
Taking a deep breath in and breathing out,
And again a deep breath in and breathing out.
Your higher self says,
There is nothing you need to hold on to,
Dear one.
Surrender.
Give your worries to me.
Surrender.
Give your anxieties to me.
Surrender.
Give your burdens to me.
Surrender.

Your higher self descends with its great presence as you feel its energy,
Its beautiful energy,
Permeating you,
Beginning to merge with your heart as you feel tensions,
Anxieties dissolve as this light moves into all areas of your life,
Blessing every experience,
Every emotion,
Every thought.

We now open the space to receive messages from your higher self,
Just opening to any messages,
Words,
Visuals,
Feelings,
Simply knowing that there is a communication occurring by opening this space on a soul level.
As your soul asks the question,

We now open up the space to receive higher wisdom higher insight,
Higher awareness from your higher self.
As a beautiful stream of energy descends down,
Spiraling to meet your third eye chakra,
As glowing symbols,
Light language,
Communicates directly with your third eye to receive the higher wisdom of your higher consciousness for your life,
Your journey,
Your experience.
Taking a deep breath in and a deep breath out,
Feeling the deep heart embrace of your higher self,
Trusting you are receiving on a deeper level packets of wisdom,
Insights,
Awareness that will be revealed if necessary at the right time.
You are being attuned,
Elevated to see your life from a higher perspective as you embody more of your higher consciousness into your life.
Here offering great gratitude to your higher self as this great beautiful presence begins to gently lift.
You feel the wonder of this unique connection you have to your higher consciousness,
Feeling the sacredness of this special connection that you have strengthened as you walk out of this dome.
You feel a sense of elation,
You are carrying a sacredness within you as more sacredness has embodied within you to show you how sacred you already are.
Each step you take along the path within the higher realms embodies this,
Your awareness has expanded and as you take each step you bring this inward,
Bringing your consciousness back down through your crown chakra into your body as you connect down through your body into the earth,
Here embodying this vibration within.

For your awakening and to touch the lives of others.
This heart frequency and messages of unity consciousness are singing within yourselves,
Within your being,
Joyful and present as you take one hand to place upon your heart chakra,
The other hand to place upon your sacral chakra or anywhere upon your stomach,
Just feeling the presence of your body,
As we honor the body,
Breathing in all chakras to a manageable size,
Returning into your body,
Taking your awareness to a great oak tree,
Imagining its roots traveling into the earth as you mirror that connection,
Feeling the beauty of being here on the earth,
The sacred expression of the divine and feeling that great presence of your higher self always present around you,
