Raising Your Vibration: Alignment & Appreciation

This is a combination of Sacred Prayer, Intention, Gratitude & Self Love to Raise Your Vibration. How often do we appreciate our lives? Our journey? Our Physical Body? How much time do we spend doing the opposite! This is a space to recalibrate. Beginning with a Sacred Prayer to the Divine, moving into appreciation of your experiences to a process of intentionally focusing love towards all parts of your physical body, cells, appearance. And culminating in the receiving of love, support from your soul family & the Universe. Use to align yourself. To remind yourself. To remember that as you do this, everything changes. Gratitude, appreciation shifts our reality - it takes you into a higher vibration. This naturally emanates out and brings more of the same.

Welcome taking a deep breath in and breathing out slowly allowing your body to relax and breathing into your heart center visualizing beautiful ball of radiant light spreading across your chest moving up and down your body filling yourself with this golden radiance of your soul presence taking five deep breaths in and out in your own time to settle,

To connect and to intentionally set this space this sacred moment for you and the Divine Great Spirit,

Thank you for this gift of life,

For my breath,

For my presence here on earth thank you for today's sunrise as I breathe I feel your love flow through me I feel the one breath breathe into all life in this moment I call upon my Divine I AM essence my eternal source of love my expression of joy my innocent self connected to all beings to awaken within me to align my consciousness with my earthly self to remind me I am love to awaken the higher wisdoms of unconditional love to feel with love see with love hear with love know with love I call upon the four elements earth air water fire I invite my soul family my star family my ancestors the High Council of Light the Goddesses of Compassion the Elementals of Joy the Divas of Creation the Source of Unconditional Love I invoke the light within me I ask for acceptance of all things in my life I ask for love the love of Source to flow through me like a river I am ready to love I am ready to be loved I am ready to be loved taking a deep breath in and breathing out slowly feeling the wonderful presence of all of these beings around you through your invitation,

Your free will as they assist you on your journey and taking another deep breath in and breathing out in this moment I recognize the gift of life I am alive I have come here to experience life as I breathe in this prana,

With my presence I honor all areas where I am challenged they are treasures that are teaching me how to love more how to expand more how to know more how to be more I relish these opportunities for expansion I honor the individuals in my life who play the stories of my creations thank you for gifting your sacred presence to interact with me we are learning from one another walking each other home I remember I have all that I need in this moment I have all the resources,

To experience my reality and to shift my reality should I choose it everything is provided for,

I am provided for I have access to the infinite intelligence,

The infinite abundance the infinite love,

The infinite power of all life within me I am always provided for,

I am always cared for whether in seen or unseen ways I know that I am loved,

I am supported I am loved as you take a deep breath in and breathe out feel this awakening within you appreciation,

Gratitude I am grateful for my breath I am grateful for my health I am grateful to be nourished by the earth with access to food to keep this miracle of my body alive I am grateful to be quenched by the waters of the earth so my body may vibrantly grow and glow I now take awareness to this temple this sacred vehicle housing my sacred spirit and using my intention,

I bless all elements within me taking a deep breath in and breathing out as you visualize a magenta light,

A deep pink light of unconditional love beginning to flow down through your body,

Your physical body as you begin to smile down into your liver feeling this incredible organ receiving your love,

Your presence,

Your awareness your attention in this moment and this magenta light of healing releasing,

Expanding this organ bringing gratitude and appreciation to these miracles within you processing energies on a physical level and your emotional energies feeling the joy of your liver in receiving this attention from you as you begin to move your awareness over to your kidneys and great appreciation for these beautiful organs processing toxins,

Fears feeling this magenta light bathing at your smile giving its warm presence to these organs as they rejoice with your attention taking awareness to your stomach,

Your intestines appreciating your digestive system,

Digesting your foods and your emotions offering this magenta healing energy of unconditional love and acceptance and deep appreciation for these organs within you as you notice the ripple effect as you have begun to appreciate the internal the cells beginning to communicate with one another more vibrantly,

Clearer blockages beginning to dissolve with the presence of unconditional love from you moving into your lungs as you take a deep breath in notice the miracle of these lungs processing your breath,

Giving you life feeding your entire body processing this oxygen into a life force smiling into your lungs and taking awareness to your sexual reproductive organs recognizing the beauty,

The purity of these organs,

This symbol within you your connection to life offering them this magenta deep pink loving light smiling towards them,

Allowing them to bathe in your presence and begin to allow this smile to travel to all areas of your body smiling at your knees for carrying you,

Supporting you each day your legs for taking you forward with each step your toes for giving you balance your arms,

Your hands for creating,

Expressing taking awareness to your brain for processing the millions of computations every single moment moving into the mind for being the conductor of your inner orchestra working in harmony with your spirit,

With your heart as you take this smile into your heart and feel it pumping this into the rest of your body this love,

This inner love moving deep into your bones your cells,

Your bloodstream,

Your DNA your chi energy through your meridians and your chakras,

Both physical and non-physical beginning to appreciate this inner universe all working for you sending this smile to your face with facial muscles now beginning to turn this to an external level as you access this love,

This appreciation and offer it to your physical body recognizing the beauty of your physical body your eyes,

The shape of your face its unique,

Beautiful expression to humanity see the beauty,

Allow it to receive this beauty be told it's beautiful as you take a breath in and a breath out and feel these words travel inwards I am beautiful you are beautiful I am beautiful feeling it travel everywhere within your being falling in love with your physical presence how you look,

The shape of your body the shape of your face,

Your hair allowing every element to receive what it seeks from the one person it desires it from as you recognize that even the intention of wanting to appreciate yourself allows this energy to flow through as you take a deep breath in and a deep breath out and feel this inner well of gratitude,

Love flowing through your being flowing outwards and flowing out towards your loved ones,

Your cherished ones imagining them receiving wave after wave after wave of nourishing love,

Light bathing them,

Caring for them,

Nourishing them feel this expanding to the world this is the power of you as one soul through your intention as you ripple this outwards to the whole of humanity allowing every single human being to receive this knowing this is shifting on some level and allowing them to receive this as you take your awareness to Mother Earth and all of her elements,

The trees,

The plants,

The animals the birds,

The creatures,

The waters,

The land Gaia herself,

This grand consciousness feel her warm presence flowing with divine appreciation stirring beneath you as you offer her your love your love is that powerful it shifts her as a consciousness feel her moving appreciation of you in return and as you take a breath in and a breath out,

Allow yourself to receive this is your time to receive as you feel the joy of these beings around you,

These higher ascended beings gods and goddesses of compassion,

The elementals your higher self your star family,

Your soul family,

Glowing with joy and you offering this space to yourself and appreciating the miracle of you,

Appreciates the miracle of all that is as you feel wave after wave of bathing light multiplied from the energy you have awoken within you,

Expressed outward streaming as rivers flowing down over you from the heavens allowing all the elements within you that require a deeper appreciation to be nourished and received this allow it to flow through your being,

Washing through you become you,

Transform you as you feel the connection with mother earth and groundingness receiving and letting go feel the joy and that appreciation of the inner universe and the outer universe allowing this vibration,

This energy,

This frequency to ripple out into your reality creating more of this vibration I am the oneness,
