Living in the mystery offers alternative approaches to some of the key concepts we explore in spirituality: from guidance, intuition, faith, and surrender to manifestation, destiny, synchronicity. The course will also be presenting ideas and insights on how to meet reality as we acknowledge that we - as a consciousness - have fundamentally changed. Essentially, however, this course is designed to create space for you to ask more questions than discover particular answers as this reflects the freedom of the spiritual seeker. Offering theory, real-life experiences, and heart-centered spoken words or “soul language,” allow the words to travel to a deeper part of you. The one that already knows. Lesson 1

What Is Living In The Mystery?

You are an integral part of the whole and the whole is both within you, around you, and overseeing you. We have many names for this wholeness…the Divine, the Sacred, the Oneness, the Universe. Yet at this level of reality, it is mysterious. It is unknown and unknowable. And knowing this allows us to appreciate the wonder of life we experience. When you treat your own life as mysterious, you acknowledge that you are also a part of this great mystery. Here, your life can open up in surprising and magnificent ways.

Lesson 2

The Second Awakening

We hear about spiritual awakenings as a sign of when we transition from one way of seeing the world to another. Here, the awakening process represents your emergence into spirituality yet reflects an awakening to a whole new reality of ideas, perspectives, and realizations. What is a second awakening? What can happen along the spiritual path is that we quickly adopt ideologies and sets of belief systems that become our new framework of reality. We come to believe we know, yet how can we know when there is so much we don’t know? Along comes the second awakening(s). These are a series of initiations by the Universe, which may emerge as identity crises, with the aim of setting you free - into a continual process of awakening.

Lesson 3

Free Will, Divine Will & Surrender

Free will is the essence of your sacred sovereign birthright. It essentially says you have creative domain over your reality. It is also the igniting spark for your intentions. It harnesses the incredible power of your consciousness into physical reality. Divine will is the will of the Universe. It is the force behind all things that interweaves within all. It is here to work with your free will, if your free will allows for it, through surrender. Surrender offers us unparalleled teaching. It is a surrender to the divine. A surrender to life itself. This session closes with a guided meditation to surrender to divine will.

Lesson 4

Faith & Trust

Faith and trust are what carry you through difficult, challenging experiences, yet it is so much more. Trust isn’t just blindly believing. It is more than believing. It is knowing. Throughout your life, through the challenges and difficulties you go through, it is very easy to lose trust in yourself. Every decision and action has more of a weight to it. It seems to carry the lineage of consequences that can go wrong - if you make wrong decisions. As you begin to cultivate trust and have faith in all of your experiences, past, and present - all of them shift, to be experiences that serve you.

Lesson 5

Destiny & Meaning (With Guided Meditation)

Destiny has many definitions and perspectives. If destiny is seen as something fluid and moving, then we can treat it as being alive, responsive even, to our choices and experiences. Appreciating destiny in this way allows you to see your own life in a very different way, one which opens up more possibilities and doors than before. This also factors in the idea that there is meaning to everything. That meaning is up to each individual to choose yet it doesn’t deny the powerful meaning that is available. As you discover meaning, you discover that there is a living truth that is waiting to birth through your discovery. This session closes with a guided meditation to connect to the grand design and your own path.

Lesson 6

Intuitive Living

Your intuition is your gateway to the divine and the inner realms. Your soul is guiding the way continuously. Often, we are taught that intuition is a clear message that we need to hear to take action. Yet, what if Intuition is vague on purpose? What then would intuition’s goal be? One of the main roadblocks to understanding intuition is also confusion about whether a feeling is emanating from intuition or fear. This opens up us to our soul’s deeper nature as explorers and adventurers. Here, understand that you are far more courageous than you may believe yourself to be.

Lesson 7

Guidance, Messages & Signs

Guidance in the form of messages and signs from the Universe reflects the incredible reality we live in. The Universe is trying to communicate with you to support you on your path. How do we listen and see guidance? Is all guidance leading you to experiences so you can be happy in the moment? Or does guidance have a deeper purpose, one that is more interested in your growth and long-term fulfilment? What role do your soul growth, soul lessons, and soul desires play with all of this? Here, we may discover that guidance has a sacred purpose, one that is higher than what we can understand on the conscious level. In this session, I share an example of how clear messages, signs, and guidance from the Universe led me through an incredible series of initiations.

Lesson 8

Manifesting With The Mystery

You create your reality. You may have come across this in many forms when appreciating the powerful creative force that runs through you. Understanding manifestation introduces us to the power of intention. We are now entering a new frequency of being. how does this change our understanding of manifestation? There are questions we often ask, e.g. "What do I want to manifest? Yet, what if there are other ways of approaching manifestation that takes into account our desire to live with the mystery? This approach offers us an opportunity to meet manifestation in a different way, one that serves our desire to live in the now. This session closes with a brief affirmative intentional prayer.

Lesson 9

The River Of Life: Flow State & Resistance

Being in flow with reality is an experience we all desire as it reflects our desire to be in harmony with the Universe, with our potential and alignment. Yet being in flow can also evoke a feeling of needing to be aligned (misreading this as a need to be perfect) in order to be in flow. This leads to more tension, anxiety, and self-criticism when we are not feeling aligned or in flow. Being in flow, however, like many of these concepts is a paradox, it works with unified consciousness and is not asking us to polarize our life. It is asking you to flow with the you that is you, here, now. This means meeting your resistance with a different approach, one that heralds opportunity rather than something you may not wish to venture towards.

Lesson 10

Miracles & Synchronicity

Life is filled with miracles if we are able to see them. Is there a way to invite more miracles into your life? What about synchronicity? Synchronicity could be described as events and experiences occurring that are not statistically or logically possible, displaying an underlying force that is guiding them into being. A force that forges interconnection and makes quantum leaps. When we shift our perception of reality, we may discover that we are far more magnetic to the synchronicities and miracles of life. In this session, I also share one of my most profound miracles that ultimately saved my life.

Lesson 11

Multidimensional Living

Living in the mystery opens the door to living in the now, yet it is also about living a multidimensional life. One that is non-linear. Here, we appreciate that the choices we make, the life we lead, and the experiences we have are not as simple as we may have seen them before. They have far greater meaning and far, far greater opportunity once we lift the limitations we have placed upon them with our linear definitions. Multidimensional reality says anything is possible because reality is in a state of flux. It is not static or fixed. It is responsive to you and your higher consciousness. Here, it opens doors and creates doors where there were none, allowing you to experience a deeper mystical reality.

Living With The Mystery

This course has offered insights and approaches for you to examine life and reality in different ways, with the premise of living in the mystery. As you take all of this in, what does it mean to live with the mystery in your life? This session recaps the messages throughout this course and encapsulates them with how living with the divine in your life can shift the perspective into one of service. Here, as all life serves one another, you recognize you are part of this sacred ecosystem.
