Namaste Let us begin with the breath take a breath in and breathe out recognize the simple wonders of what this action of the breath is giving to your body as you inhale and exhale nourishing your mind your soul your physical vessel allowing your breath as you slow down as you connect to be the activating force for this intentional meditation from your heart feel these words today is a beautiful day in this moment i recognize the infinite source that flows through me i am a sacred expression of the divine one breath as i breathe i breathe with the oneness of the universe creation births through me and in this precious sacred moment i am alive i am grateful for my breath my life my presence i am aware of my beautiful story i am enjoying the ongoing discoveries i make i know all of my experiences teach guide and direct me along my path i ask for clarity guidance and support with all the areas that challenge me i offer my heartfelt gratitude for all of my experiences past present and those yet to come as i do i honor myself as a sovereign creator of my reality i honor all my emotions whatever they may be i honor my thoughts my actions my experiences all of these are sacred expressions of my soul presence i activate my inner power and feel it flow through me as rivers of love and strength i allow my inner wisdom to illuminate my path and offer me realizations and insights i yield my inner love to show me how to see with love hear with love feel with love and meet with love in this moment i offer a call out to my inner self in this moment i offer a call out to magnetize towards me all that serves and elevates my joy my happiness my growth and my abundance i tap into the realm of synchronicity miracles and magic and offer the song of my soul to bring more of these into my life i welcome open-heartedly all experiences that open my heart further i unveil myself from my hiding places and step by step i show myself with all my heart step i show myself with all my unique beauty to the world as i take one hand to place upon my heart i acknowledge i trust in the love of my heart as i move my hand to place over my solar plexus i acknowledge i trust in my instincts as i move my hand over my sacral chakra i acknowledge i trust in the flow of life i trust myself i trust in life i trust in life i'm always guided by the wise instinctive knowing within here now i set the intention today to flow with grace to open and be receptive to the messages to the signs to allow the infinite wonder to flow through me into my reality and open me up to the infinite wonder i invite great spirit into my life to play with me work with me dance with me to show me new ways of being to reveal more of me so i may know more of me to become more of me thank you for today's sunrise thank you for today's gift of experience i choose to play this game with joy and lightness and i welcome all that i experience as part of my ongoing transformation namaste you
